Rent-A-Center — Local services in Richmond

I had to call the store multiple times to get information before I made a financial decision. And although the manager explain it to me for about 20 minutes, afterwards I still had questions and when I tried to call back, they said that I needed to come into the store. They were completely rude, and none of the other store employees were willing to explain it to me. I thought this was extremely bad business practice for someone who is willing to go in and spend the harder in cash. Very hardworking crew at the Richmond, IN Store. they always go above and beyond to help as much as possible with their customers. not just me I have witnessed them helping others while I was there paying my bill. Honestly this place is so ghetto😂. I have rented from this place and the manager is mad weird honestly. When my parents were renting she would flirt around with my father and was just weird.
