This place is pretty awesome ! lol I love it ! This place is literally like a 'GoodWill' but for top name brand items such as ; Michael Kores , Calvin Klein , Nike , Puma , and so on wether you want anything from make-up , any kind of top notch name brand hair products ( shampoo, conditioner, hair masks, leave in conditioner, thermal pretection, hair spray , dry shampoo, hair straightener, curlinlg iron, curling wand, blow dryer with or wthout attatchments such as the defuser andd more , hair serums , hair oils , head bands , hair ties , and on and on aand on and onnnnn! lol ) make-up utenssils , any sizes mirrors , lotions , purses , wallets , sun glasses , shoes , socks , any type of office use , kitchen wear and utensiles , towels and rags , blankets and pillows , pet supplies , kid supplies , candles , holiday items , furniture ; WHATEVER YOU NEED !! Plus like I had mentioned , everything is top notch very expensive name brands for around 60%-90% off ! This place definatly makes it very easy to blow through some money !! Expecilly if your a...

On a recent vacation, I stopped at my favorite store Tjmaxx to return several bathing suits I had bought on line. My husband made the return while I started shopping. Several days later when I was looking over my receipts, I realized they had missed several bathing suits in the return. Since 5 days had passed, I figured there would be no way to help me and I would just be out $75. I called anyways and the manager Cathy was more than willing to try and trace the return for me. With only two calls back and forth, she found the mistake. Since I couldn’t go back to the store for a credit( my vacation had ended and I was back home), she said she could send me a gift card. I shop at Tjmaxx on a regular basis so this was fine with me. A few days later I received not only one but two gift cards. One for the amount of the mistake and an additional $10 for my inconvenience. Not many places today go to those lengths to help you even when it is their mistake. Thank you, Cathy. It's Free for All!!! Love this store, love the people working, & management....y'all need to help better by not leaving one girl up at the register by herself when there's a line as long as waiting to ride the Vortex in 1999 at King's Island! Like, come on. I can see the anxiety in her face, & she/him/they don't deserve to catch the hatefullness (that I'm sure you're well accustomed with working in retail) from rude shoppers. I could hear one woman saying, "Finally! I've been waiting forever! Why are you the only one up here?" I kindly told the young lady that was working Not to stress & that it's not her fault. She can only wait on one person at a time & that's what she was doing, & she was doing a Great job too! Let's take care of one another friends, even in the retail setting.
