North Riverside Plaza — Attraction in Riverside Township

Went to best buy. Horrible customer service. Doing a return is next to impossible. Had to get a manager to prove package wasnt opened. Girl working returns says any product that has a box that was opened cannot be returned because they cant re-sell item. I bought a GPS as a gift which was unopened she refused to return with a receipt. I had to get a manager to explain to her that it wasn't opened and returnable. She was mad and walked away until I got refund. I never raises my voice or argued. She acted like a spoiled brat who didn't get her way. I spent $4000 there for Christmas. Not worth high prices and long lines for bad service and hassles on returns Never going back...

YIKES! 1 store has a family in front selling candy for profit. Next store has a grown man oretending hes homeless asking for spare change. I eat at famous Daves and i have a obese fella asking for money hiding behind pillar in famous daves lot. Sadly it looks like RIVERSIDE doesnt want to offend vagrants and in turn have made the plaza unsafe for women and young children. Took mom shopping for a coat to give to young teen in need. At Burlington we found a snuggly water repellant coat along with hat/gloves to help keep her warm this winter. Win win - we hope she likes them!!!
