Hands down the best!! We hosted an event for Family Promise of Riverside and Jump Party Pros' support and service was unbelievable. We had booked a water slide and they looked us up and found out that FP is a program that shelters and houses families.. they gave us the biggest jumper for free to go with our water slide so that all the kids could have fun and feel included, even the ones who wanted to stay dry. I've never seen these kids so happy. I wish there were more businesses with the kind of heart that Jump Party Pros has. They were thoughtful, verifying our party start time to ensure that set up didn't impead on the kids fun. They were patient and kind at the end waiting for the kids to make the most of their day. Jump party Pros is definitely an amazing company.. Let us share the incredible experience we had .. About 3 weeks ago we posted an invitation for our nieces birthday party. on our next door app.. Some people criticized us for the post but for our surprise Jump Party Pros send us a message letting us know they wanted to gift our 9yr old niece a one day Free jumper experience! We were overwhelmed with their kindness. I had lost my phone and I wasnt able to contact them as my nieces birthday aproched . Lupita the owner still kept her word and called us 2 days before the birthday. They delivered the jumper a day before and were sooo polite ,kind to us! We just want to say Thank you!!!! So I was looking around online for a bounce house for my daughter's 6th birthday and came across JumpHi Club. Being this was my first time renting one, I wasn't sure what to expect. I contacted JumpHi after a couple other places and the price was unbeatable. Lupita gave amazing professional service and was helpful in every way. I paid a very reasonable deposit and the rest at the day of drop off. Delivery was smooth and there was no rush for pickup the next day which I thought was even cooler.
