Review of Chick-fil-A at 3640 Central Ave, Riverside, CA 92506
Mara and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chick-fil-A located at 3640 Central Ave in Riverside, California. We ordered our favorite meals and embarked on a delightful culinary adventure.
I opted for the Grilled Chicken Sandwich Meal, while Mara chose the Chick-fil-A Deluxe with Colby Jack Meal. Let me tell you, these sandwiches were absolutely scrumptious! The grilled chicken was tender and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the fresh lettuce, tomato, and Colby Jack cheese. The buns were soft and toasted just right, adding a wonderful texture to the overall experience.
To accompany our meals, I decided to try their frozen coffee, and Mara went for a classic cola. The frozen coffee was a delightful treat, blending the rich, velvety coffee flavor with a refreshing and icy twist. It provided the perfect balance of sweetness and caffeinated goodness, making it an ideal choice for coffee enthusiasts like myself. As for the cola, it was crisp and satisfying, offering a familiar and comforting taste.
Now, let's talk about the location and drive-thru experience. Chick-fil-A on Central Ave can be a bit challenging to navigate through the drive-thru. The lines tend to be quite long, and the drive-thru area can get congested. However, we discovered a little secret—parking a bit further away and walking in. This way, we bypassed the drive-thru chaos and found ourselves inside the restaurant in no time. It's definitely a convenient option to consider, especially during peak hours.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant was vibrant and welcoming. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. The dining area was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable space to enjoy our meals.
In conclusion, our visit to Chick-fil-A at 3640 Central Ave was a delightful experience. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Chick-fil-A Deluxe with Colby Jack were mouthwatering, and the frozen coffee was a delightful twist on a classic beverage. While the drive-thru can be a bit hectic, we found that parking a bit further away and walking in provided a smoother and more enjoyable experience. We appreciate the friendly staff and the inviting atmosphere inside the restaurant.

Read moreStarting with their parking, it is horrible trying to get into the parking lot. you have to park a good distance away from the restaurant as their parking lot was inaccessible due to the drive thru line. Once you find parking, actually getting to the restaurant in is a bit unnerving as you have cars moving and the drivers aren't paying attention. I honestly would not even go there at night as I would not feel safe dodging cars.
The food was mediocre at best. I used to quite like Chick-fil-A, but the last few times I have been, I didn't care for it. This trip I got the basic sandwich, I just ended up eating most of the chicken as the bread was soggy, though there was only two little pickles on it. The chicken was lukewarm. I also ordered the fries which were WAY under cooked, to the point that most of them were inedible. For the first time I ordered their Sunjoy drink which is half tea and half lemonade. I thought it would be great since I've always enjoyed at other places and my favorite thing at Chick-fil-A is their lemonade and I like their sweet tea also. I was horribly disappointed. It had a weird taste, very bitter. I didn't really taste the lemonade at all. It being my first time having it here, maybe that's the way it is supposed to taste, but it was overall unpleasant and not something I would want again.
If I never went to a Chick-fil-A again, after this latest trip, I would be fine with that and wouldn't feel like I was missing anything.
An upside is that if you have celiac or are gluten intolerant, they are a great option for gluten...
Read moreLast Friday July 15, 2022, I had three children with me from my job at Riverside County, Children'sDivision on a mission to have great food. One of the minors wanted chick-fila for the first time. I drive up to the drive thru in a mark County vehicle. The Caucasian woman informed me chick fila was no longer taking orders at 850pm, they close at 9pm. I apologized and explained the importance and how great chick fila is. The children were sadden, that they were not greeted with warmest, politeness, and kindness and we were turned away. This was their first experience with Chick fila. I was deeply sadden by the treatment we receive. I normally spend a lot of money at Chick-fil-A. I watched the three children heart break. They had been through a great ordeal ans polite and great was what they were looking to have but the young lady had a terrible attitude. What happened to great food and the great saying, " My pleasure." It was not her pleasure to serve us that night. She made it known that it she did not think it was her pleasure to serve me and these children that has been through the worst experience in their life.
Warm Regards, Greatly...
