I paid $10.00 to get my screen protector replaced after having it for two months. I also purchased a camera protector. It cracked again two weeks later. I went back thinking the screen on my phone was cracked. He guaranteed me it wasn’t and he was right. He didn’t charge me the $10.00 fee and I appreciated his excellent customer service, however the screen cracked that night. Maybe a week later the camera protector cracked and some pieces fell off.
