My diving friend bought me the dsd (discovery dive) package which counted toward my open water certification if I decided to continue. I wasn’t real sure about diving and at 42, I’m old enough if I had wanted to do it before, I would have by now. But since it was a gift, I went with it. Nathan Campbell was my dsd guide and he took care of everything. He was super efficient with the basic training and pushed me around like a log underwater so I didn’t have to worry about anything besides relaxing and enjoying the experience. Afterwards my confidence was so strong that I decided to go ahead and get certified. He got me all finished up 2 days ago, within 2 weeks’ time of my initial dsd. As of these 2 weeks, I’ve been on 7 dives and he’s taken me the whole way. Nathan is a super great guy, very experienced in a broad variety of diving applications including deep water tech diving and rescue diving situations. He’s also certified in almost all the ways you can be, and certified to be a diving instructor in all 4 of the organizations. He has a marine background so his confidence and leadership is very strong and decisive, which helps you to be confident. I didn’t work much at all with Force-e because Nathan basically coordinated everything with me and I pretty much just showed up. It was virtually effortless. I can’t say enough good about him. Super guy, on the ball, knows his stuff. I guess he’s new to the area but you would never know it. Anyway, I highly recommend him if you are interested in beginning to dive or in getting any more certifications. Even tho sometimes it looks complicated and maybe rigid on the dive group times according to the website, he tries to work with everyone’s schedule to make it the most efficient and cost effective for everyone. Thanks to Force-e and especially to Nathan, I am now a diver. Who would have thought?!

My recent night dive at the Blue Heron Bridge, guided by Anna from Force-E, was an absolutely phenomenal experience that exceeded all expectations! As it was my first time diving this particular spot at night, I was a little nervous, but Annas expert professionalism immediately put me at ease. Her dive briefing was incredibly thorough and reassuring. She meticulously covered the dive plan, ensuring everyone understood the route, hand signals, and what to do in case of separation or needing assistance. This clear communication and emphasis on safety made me feel completely comfortable and confident even before we entered the water. Once submerged, Anna truly shone as a guide. Her keen eye and extensive knowledge of the marine life at the Blue Heron Bridge were astounding. She pointed out countless fascinating creatures that I undoubtedly would have missed on my own, including the most adorable little yellow sea hare – a highlight of the dive! We were also treated to incredible sightings of horseshoe crabs, an octopus, a bunch of lobsters, and the largest arrowhead crab I've ever seen! Anna's number one priority was clearly the safety and comfort of the group, and it showed in every aspect of her guidance. She was incredibly attentive and ensured everyone was having a fantastic, secure experience. I could not have asked for a better guide for such an unforgettable night. Anna, and Force-E, provided an unparalleled diving adventure, and I am already looking forward to my next dive with them!

My dad and I got our SSI Open Water Diver certification here and were extremely impressed. If at all possible, request going with John Richert! He is fantastic. He's super nice, extremely knowledgeable, chill and easy to be around. Would highly recommend taking any diving certification with him! We got our cert over 4 days, 1 full day in the pool, and 6 dives over the next 3 days. John stayed with us and worked with us closely the entire time, we never felt left behind or nervous about getting in the water with him. We did semi-private lessons and he gave us his phone number if we had any questions. My dad had some issues with equalizing at depth and his ears would hurt badly, so John worked with him closely and took his time getting us down so my dad could equalize properly. We also bought our snorkeling gear at the shop on John's recommendations and were not disappointed. My dad's mask was leaking a little while we were diving, so John took him back to the shop before the next dive and was able to exchange his mask for a better fitting one at no extra charge! It was very personalized and all the team was very knowledgeable. The attached picture is John and I on the final dive trip, 50 feet under exploring some reefs! If you come anywhere close to West Palm Beach, go to the Riviera Beach Force-E Scuba Center, you won't be disappointed!

TLDR: Great Scuba center for renting gear. Nice local merch. Great Staff, and they cold fill their tanks for maximal fill. Highly Recommend.

The story: We rented tanks and weights and a dive buoy from Force-E so we could dive the Blue Heron Bridge. Scott was awesome and saved us from making the mistake of getting to the bridge too late. High slack tide was at 330pm on a Sunday and we were going to pick up gear at 2pm and try to park. We called at noon and Scott said we probably should head in now to make sure we could get our rentals in time to still get a parking space. Thank God for Scott! We found one of the last parking spots and had a fun dive. When my 1st stage started leaking on my 3rd dive, I brought it to Force-E and they provided me a loaner while they serviced mine. Once again, great cutomer service. One thing I learned from watching them fill their tanks and talking to them is that they fill all their tanks in a cold water bath to idealize the fill. I never thought about it before, but it makes perfect sense that you will get a better fill at lower temps, but I guess it's too much hassle to set it up for other shops. I had never seen that before and thought it was a great value-added. Also, shout out to Polly for all the help fixing my 1st stage whe. It decided to leak!

The Good: Great staff. good products, nice shop. They never rushed me through anything and were happy to explain the BHB dive site for us.

The Bad: nothing

The Mediocre: nothing really.

Overall: Love the shop and will return for my Scuba needs on my next trip. Two...
