I gut-renovated a house and hired the now defunct CSA of Montclair, NJ to install Lutron lighting and shades, security cameras, a home theater with drop-down screen and remotely controllable HVAC managed by a Savant controller. After a series of problems, a damaging electrical surge, and non-existent after-service I called Savant to complain and to get a recommendation of someone who was honest and knew what they were doing.

They put in touch with ECNY. Paul Bochner (owner) listened to my problems and promised to come to my house and get me up and running. He then did an audit of the installation and made recommendations.

Paul and his team have been a godsend. They got the fact that I’d been poorly treated and wary but they soon gave me reason to believe I was in good hands. I’ve now been a client for a couple of years. And I’ve nothing but praise for Paul and his ECNY team. Things now actually work. WIFI coverage is everywhere. The Savant app is installed and works. I really can control my HVAC from Europe! And I was never talked into a service or piece of hardware I didn’t need.

I had a truly religious experience at Electronic Concepts yesterday! Never in my life have I had such a musical experience. It was absolutely incredible. Paul was patient, informative and just an all-around pleasure to deal with. Paul truly loves what he does. Paul is really going to cost me a great deal of money due to this new hobby but he showed me a whole new way to enjoy life. I’m going to try and return the favor by taking him out on my speedboat and getting him hooked on one of my other expensive hobbies lol. I got to experience the warm accurate sound of the Founder 100s, Meridian 7200, Magico A3, Magico A5 in connection with a D’Agostino Amp (incredible!!!), Magico M3 in connection with a D’Agostino Amp (unbelievable) & the Perlisten s7t (didn’t live up to the online hype). Hearing the Magico M3 D’Agostino pairing in the stores Audio room was a truly religious experience. I heard a song by Billie Eilish that sounded like it could be better than if she were standing in the room right there in front of us. The speakers seemed to disappear. Seeing the passion Paul has for his craft was truly rejuvenating. Yesterday was an experience I won’t soon forget....
