I purchased an engagement ring from Lucido’s and had my necklace repaired here. Lucido’s came highly recommended to me by a close friend of mine. I called hoping to set an appointment to speak with Matt. I was working with both Matt and Kip throughout the process. I texted Kip exactly what I was looking for in terms of the center stone, from carat size range, to color range, clarity, cut, table, L-W, depth, polishing, fluorescence, I was extremely particular in what I was looking for and I texted Kip the specs that I was looking at, and the type of diamond accented band that I wanted. When I first walked into the store Kip had pulled from the back the diamonds that met my specifications. The initial center stones were beautiful, and would have made for gorgeous rings. I just wanted to see what a colorless diamond with the specifications I gave would look like. Matt said, okay, give me a week to get this order in for you, we will meet 1 week from today, and I’ll have a couple different options for you to choose from. I said okay. Matt came back with a couple different options for me to choose from, Kip presented the stones we took time examining each one closely in terms of specs, brilliance, and cost. Matt said pick out your favorite center stone, and we will get you a band and everything that fits within your budget. Matt came back with some spectacularly radiant colorless center stones. I selected my favorite, we paired it with a band. Matt and Kip asked me when I was hoping to propose, I said 06/18. Which was under 4 weeks away from the purchase date. I think I paid for the diamond and the band on 5/20. So they had everything in the production, customization, and even the appraisal, upon completion, expedited to meet my request. I cannot say enough about Matt and Kip! Matt stood and delivered on the center stones on exactly what I wanted! Kip delivered on the band and excelled every bit at customer service being extremely communicative with me every step along the way! He let me know when the ring was going to be done, when it could be picked up. Even when texting about the specs in the beginning Kip provided old-fashioned, no-nonsense customer service and a truly consultative, consummate professional approach! Matt and Kip were both tremendous to work with, and delivered on exactly what I wanted! My now fiancé cannot say enough about how much she loves her ring, and she has already received numerous compliments on how “it is so her!” Absolutely Beautiful colorless center stone, big/small diamond accent halfway down the side, a spectacularly elegant piece of jewelry! This was an absolute masterclass in terms of customer experience! As I mentioned, I worked mainly with Matt and Kip, but every time I walked into the store I was greeted by somebody (at times more than one person) behind the counter, even the members of the security team were nice to me. Matt and Kip absolutely smashed this one out of the park, so much so, that the ball made it over the cheap seats and left the entire stadium! I had an excellent experience during my visit to Lucido in Rochester. I have to specifically mention Annie who was a delight to speak with, her professionalism, warmth, and experience shined as she thoroughly took me through the various sizes and configurations for the model I was interested in.

Annie was patient with my questions and explained in detail specific features and differences between one configuration versus another. She listened to my concerns regarding wear and tear of the bracelet and made suggestions based on my desired use case.

When you speak with Annie, you will come to know she has over a decade of experience, with not just Rolex, but a genuine dedication to making sure you feel valued as a client and ultimately you are getting what you want.

I appreciated how Annie took time to go through the process as a prospective client and helped me understand what to expect.
