I had dealt with this amazing place for a little over 4 year and I tell you Him and the wonderful lady that work with him are absolutely awesome actually they both owner’s,they will take care of absolutely almost anything when it comes to Jewrely repair,very reasonable price, the goods thing about this place is the product is good and prices, but more on not harassing you about lay away you can put any amount down and is not no short term they are so understanding and most of all they are very humble and very polite!! Is not like other jewelry places when they ask you a certain amount of dn payments and how many weeks or months to take it out!! My fiancé and I look at the reviews of this place so we decided to get her engagement ring sized down. When we finally got the notice that it was ready for pickup a week later, we went to get it. I looked at it when we got back in the car ans saw that the underside of the ring was no longer in its original design. It was all warbly and messed up, yes it was still round but, it didn't have the nice, clean reflection that it had before. It was very distorted because it was messed up. There were also some scratches on the side that weren't polished out and they weren't there before. Terrible service. They need a lot more practice. If you want them to practice on your ring go ahead but I wouldn't...

I 100% recommended Adam's for anyone. I have gotten two 10K gold chains from this place and I wear them just about everyday, one did break at one point due to my carelessness though but I went right back for them to fix it for me, I get my rings cut down to my tiny finger size at Adam's and he has always done a great job and never waited longer then a week. They are both super friendly and nice and they take their time assisting you with whatever. Plus their prices are great!
