Publix Pharmacy at Cherry Road Crossing — Attraction in Rock Hill

as i am sitting here now, it's 11:35 am. i really dislike complaining, but this new pharmacist is unbelievably rude. i came to pick up my husband medication, as he his working. evidently he was told 12 pm. again it's 11:36 am now, i have a pre-check in appointment at Levine children hospital, for my 2 year old surgery. i still have to pick my 11 year old and be there by 1:15. my husband, is on store, and won't be available to pick it up for a couple of days. all the pharmacist said, is completely nasty attitude.. "i told him 12" as her tech (who is usually nice) complements her rude attitude... if anyone is looking for a pharmacy and always gets anxious .... please...

Called here to get a prescription ordered. Was told it would be in by the end of the week. Called at the end of the week in the AM and gave someone my info, was told that the deliveries aren't in yet but to check back after 3. I check after 3, and then told they called me 2 days prior and left a voicemail saying they couldn't order it. I never got a voicemail, and why didn't the previous person tell me this when I called? SO now I wasted an entire week trying to get this prescription. I love Publix, but this was a real let down. Thankfully Walgreens took care of me and got me the RX...

Would NOT recommend. Refused to honor their own Good RX pricing. I actually felt like I was in a negotiation to buy a car or something. The pharmacist hit me at $60 for meds I’ve been paying $6 for. I explained this, he types on his computer a minute and then literally said “how about $45?” I told them don’t worry about it I won’t be filling it. I drove straight to Walmart where it was $4. It’s a shame because Publix is more convenient for me, has a drive thru, and I hate going to Walmart. Do your homework and don’t let them screw you...
