My original post/ review i was cussing these "wonderful" excuses of pharmaceutical staff out and saying what I really thought of them. But i decided to clean this up because i spoke with the other customer that was there and saw the entire thing. Shes a corporate lawyer so she said. To clean it up and start quth this review and give them a chance to reapond to me correctly. Or i can take legal action according to her "the attorney" and cvs down the street, and walmart, and Harris teeter. So here ...... we..... go! Jessica is a super rude woman! Who filled my meds then refused to give them to me when i asked the other ladys name. So i could do a google review. "Didnt say anything about review just asked name" She responded with she wont be spoken to like that.... before this when i initially came inside after dropping it off in drive threw. I asked avout flu shot. She said come in. So i did. Upon coming inside i was greeted by another pharmacist "fat lady with rolls and black hair". I told her about the shot and she said my ins says it wont cover only threw a doctor's office. I said ok how much. She said 40 something . I replied no thank you i will wait. She then rolled her eyes and walked to the window. I SAID NOTHING. Until time for check out when i asked what the big ladys name was. And thats when jessica did what she did! I feel embarrassed she did this. I now can noy work tomorrow without it. I will call corporate, the news everyone i can unless this is rectified with a apology and some sort or recourse. time frame this happened was 4:00 to 4:27 pm on 11-25-18 so they can pull up the cameras. For the record I did NOT create a scene, i did not use rude or offensive language until after the fact when she was saying very rude things. This medication is very important for me to be able to function properly at work and make it threw the day
P.s to the district manager and or the store manager please find my information so you can call me.... But i really am hoping to have a call back by end of day monday 11/26/2018. I have told so many other companies on this road what happened. Alsi what made it so bad is that she is the only pharmacy wothin here yo mooresville and to Columbia that has this medication. And she knowni drove 1 hr to get here. Thank you! ((Please excuse all spelling and grammatical errors send...
Read moreUsually, there’s just one register open with a long line. One time I was second in line, and an employee said her register is now open. The guy behind me jumped into her line, and I turned around and looked at them. She looked at me, rolled her eyes, and told him she’d take the next customer in line, which was me. Since the look on her face and the tone of her voice made it obvious she wasn’t interested in respecting the old “first come, first serve” adage, I told her I’d stay where I was since she’d already started with him. Then there was laughter, so I decided to leave without making any purchases. Not too long ago, I was in the same situation (long line, one open register) when the manager told the cashier to open another register. He (the manager) jumped into that line to buy a snack. Then I went to her line, but she said the register is now closed. She only opened it to wait on the manager. One time I was in line to buy several grocery items, including about 20 highlighter markers that I intended for school supplies for underprivileged children where I work, but the cashier and manager took them away from me when I got to the register. They said due to the clearance price I could only buy one or two even though they were on clearance and there were no signs indicating there was a limit as to how many could be purchased. Can you believe that? They refused to let me purchase a small box of clearance school supplies for needy kids! In addition, it’s difficult to receive service at the photo lab. They have weekly ads that often advertise sales on Pepsi products, but this particular store is often out of the same Pepsi products that they're advertising, and it's not because there are sell outs. Go on Sunday when the sale starts or Monday or Tuesday, and you'll often find no Pepsi. Ask and they will tell you it's all Pepsi's fault. Sure, Pepsi manages to regularly stock the shelves at the gas station across the street, the CVS next door, and the Dollar Tree and Walmart down the road, but not this store? Service has been an ongoing issue for some time now, so I’m just going to shop elsewhere and have future prescriptions filled somewhere...
Read moreTerrible terrible terrible customer service from the pharmacy! I would give them zero stars if I could. The two women working the pharmacy on Christmas Day were being extremely rude and short with customers. One of them was throwing medications on the counter. Asking in an exasperated voice what a customer at he drive thru wanted saying there was like 80 people in there. There were only three people waiting. Another customer walks up and one of the women says in a bothered tone “you’re going to have to give me 10 minutes! They should not be working in any form of customer...
