I have short hair and have had short hair my entire life. I had been going to this salon for almost 11 years now. I got the worst haircut in my life that I won’t step foot back into this place.

My past two haircuts have been horrific. These cuts have had huge chunks cut out which made it symmetrically and visibly uneven. I was a running joke for a good 5-6 weeks at my job. From the last week of August until now, I’ve had to wear a hoodie in public because the entire back of my hair was cut off. I asked for a fade and the fade went right up the backside cutting off the bubble/crown that normally curls back to given height and volume to the upper back.

I tried contacting my stylist with my dismay and to no avail, no response. No ‘I’m really sorry, I actually did make a couple of mistakes’. This place is so arrogant I didn’t bother to initially call to complain. I mean, what are they gonna say ‘Lettme sweep up all your hair and glue it back on’? They will offer their customers wine and expresso when all I want is a good cut. They will talk your ear off with smooth comments and nonsense like they care about you. Again, I just wanted a damn good fresh haircut.

I gave this stylist two times to give me a fresh cut and each time it got worse. I’d be real hesitant to ever set foot in this place again. Not after what a new stylist had to say about this last cut. It’s bad business and after all these years, I never thought this would happen from this salon which has such high ratings.

There are reasons why...

First time customer! I called on Friday afternoon around 1 pm to make an appointment based on their awesome reviews. Well it must have been my lucky day because I got an appointment that same day at 3:30 due to a last minute cancellation. To my surprise it was with the owner Lorenzo! Not only did he see me for a haircut but he also touched up my color.

What an absolute sweetheart he is, the whole staff was great from the minute I walked in until the minute I left. And did I mention that I received the most amazing haircut? Also was treated to a nice glass of wine while my color was being done. I couldn’t have been more happy with my experience there,, so much so that I booked another appointment for the following Friday to have some highlights done.

If you are looking for a new salon, I highly recommend this place. I was treated like family and just can’t say enough! Thank you Lorenzo , my new friend, exquisite services tfrom you and your staff. Hard to come...

I am not entirely happy with my style and cut. I like their enthusiasm and personality but it was a bit too much on the pushy sales side. Micheal specifically could not admit that he went to low on the cut and just apologize whats the harm im still going to pay and tip well. I came from a mystery shopping assignment to review this place and it can use a bit of improvement with services and diversity. The positives they are friendly and the shop is clean but they do not do a razor edge cleanup. I spent 50 dollars cut at an expensive location and it was not better than the a normal franchise location like sports clips or great clips which charge around the same price. I would suggest if your a man wanting a styled cut find a women stylist which will always cut and style your hair better then men. If you want a solid man cut go to a straight barber if you want a nice style and cut with finesse let an experienced girl...
