I actually really liked this place and had been going here and getting my hair coloring done for the past year or so. The last time I went to get a color, my regular stylist was not available snd I was given another one so I agreed and got my balayage done. While styling she told me that I can come back the next day or within a few days if I don’t like the front piece as it was super light and something new. So we agreed and she was super sweet and helpful. After going home I realized I didn’t like the front piece and called the next morning to get it redone as I had a party to go to in the afternoon. Upon getting there the lady at the front table, clearly was rude and had an issue despite her giving me the apt and the worst was that she rolled her eyes while getting the stylist. I paid over 300 dollars and paid extra to get my hair blow dried which they washed off the next day as their sinks can’t just have my front 1 inch hair washed. The fix took less than 20 mins and I walked out with wet hair and had to redo my hair for an event. The stylist didn’t even have to do anything apart from mixing the color. Although I liked the stylists here, due to the behavior of the lady who might be the owner I won’t be going back. There are much better salons to go to...

Caitlyn did an amazing job on my hair. I got color and a cut and both were exactly what I wanted. Caitlyn asked questions during the consultation to make sure she was clear on what I was looking for. She delivered!!! I'm so glad I found her. I look forward to seeing her often. And, she is so kind. Makes you feel totally comfortable.

I took my daughter to see Annie for a full highlight and trim. She did a phenomenal job. She asked my daughter a lot of questions to make sure she had a clear understanding of what she wanted. I am not sure about other hair services here,i went for Keratin treatment to get a new look of hair in the new year.The stylist did what ever shes supposed to and i am out with a beautiful hair ,i was asked not to wash n tie until 3days i followed,also bought shampoo and conditioner with them.so after 3daysi wash my hair its back to where it was wavy,frizzy..very disappointed .i thought the hair will look good atleast for a month but NO.I called and spoke to the owner she suggested me to blow dry & flat iron my self daily to maintain but i DISAGREE my treatment should last ATLEAST for a week (my expectations are down from a month to week now) but NO..i am sorry but will...
