Rockwall Town Centre — Attraction in Rockwall

Good morning. I decided to tell the public that I went by this store I never been before. This store is pretty big. I was trying to get some merchandise that I need real badly but out of stock. Since I'm planning on visiting in the community I'll stop by and try again. I don't really like to complain but sometimes you have to tell how your experiences was. So when they read our comments they take it very seriously. In these days of time you cannot afford to lose customers. When you lose a customer you losing money. I truly like shopping at Kroger's especially when they have a digital coupons and it's something that I see on there that I want to get. I do take advantage of discounts it helped out specially when you're on a fix an income. What I think they should do when they have the sales on the digital coupons they should order a little bit extra that's what I feel. I'm not hard to please. And I'm also a fair person. Especially when I like the store the atmosphere. God...

I spend a lot of time here, because that's where the Kroger is and if you live in Heath, then that's your grocery store by default. Not a fan of Kroger, the brand selection gets worse all the time, produce is OK, always have to wait in line, parking lot is a death trap. I think most of the checkers are actually zombies, there are a couple of pleasant exceptions, but usually a sullen tattooed teen covered in piercings or a grandmother. I celebrate the teens' freedom of choice, but wish I weren't required to look at it. The grandmothers on the other hand are dears, but I feel weird being waited on by them. I want to go help them out. The other place I visit often is Signature Nail Salon. High marks for them. Great service and glass of wine. Several food options, but I rarely take advantage. Hubby...

HEB needs to buy this store. Kroger personnel are generally rude (except the younger ones). Full prices even though they expect you to use the self checkout, scan and bag your own stuff, minimal manned lanes open and none at all in off peak hours. Don't have a favorite item because they randomly stop and restart carrying certain items and foods. Poor selection for the size of the store. High prices on almost everything, even with their card deals. I hate Walmart, but this Kroger is a strong advertisement for getting groceries at Walmart, or...
