I had an extremely ugly situation at this location. I reached the corporate office and no call back from them. I contacted best buy's customer service department in reference to 2 air fryers that I purchased from BestBuy that now have recalls on them. ( one of them I purchased on Mar 23, 2022 and I was told I can take it back to the store and get a refund. I went inside the store with the item and I was being helped by a young man who was very nice, he needed some help because it was not letting him return the item so he calls a mod. The mod said I can return the item to the store and said that I have to do it online. I told him I was told by a rep at the customer service department that I could. He cut me off and said it does not matter what they told you. I am telling you that you can't. I ask him "How long is it going to take for me to get my money" He yelled at me and said it does not matter how long it take. He then lowed his tone and said he was sorry that it came out wrong. The General manager from the store was talking to a customer beside us and I asked to speak to him. He did not find any issue with the tone and attitude his employee had with me.    Read moreOn 12/16/2021 we bought a new TV with TotalTech membership, and set up an install date of 12/30/2021 for them to mount the new TV and they agreed through the membership to mount 2 other TVs we have at home, so we bought the mounts too so on 12/30 they were supposed to deliver the TV, mounts and do the installs. We got a call the morning of 12/30 from the contractor they hired (not Best Buy) that Best Buy did not have the mounts, so I had to call TotalTech to reschedule for 1/5/2022 (today). The contractor showed up right on time, however he did not have the TV nor the mounts! So he had to go back to get them. On his way to our home, he said he was going to deliver the TV and mounts to us but he could not do the install because they were told the work order was cancelled and they would not get paid. This is odd since they already had come out? Anyway, I called TotalTech to find out what the problem was - the first 2 times I was put on hold 30 minutes each and then the call was dropped. The 3rd time, the rep just said the contractor did not want to do the install, so he rescheduled me for 1/13 so hopefully this time it will get done.    Read moreHorrible experience with this Best Buy in Rockwall, TX. Purchased a remote start with installation for an available date. Upon arrival they cancelled the installation and handed over the purchased remote start. The representative informed certified technician was not available and have to reschedule installation for few weeks out in the future. Best Buy never called or notified of the cancellation which could have saved the trip to the store; not to mention they are not customer centric and will never pick up the phone in the store any time of the day. Best Buy made sure to send multiple reminder emails for the installation for the 2nd rescheduled appointment and upon arrival again cancelled appointment without courtesy to notify of the cancellation; it's a joke for Best Buy to keep sending reminder emails and keep cancelling appointments they cannot keep and now the remote start shows no longer eligible for return. Best Buy in all it's glory rescheduled the appointment yet again for Plano, TX store. Best Buy could benefit from closing this Rockwall, TX if the store can't even deliver on their business commitments or answer the phone. Management at this Best Buy store is absent. Who is...
