We bought some cabinets from the store in Rogers about two weeks ago. When we purchased the cabinets, one of the cabinets were missing a piece and one of the doors had some odd colors on it, which we never complained about. When we purchased the cabinets we were told that the missing part will be available for us in a 5-10 days however when my mother went in to check on it this morning, the store manager said that he doesn't know who told her that it will be available as most people have to wait. We would have been okay with waiting had someone informed us about it. We have a contractor working who should be done with everything today and now we don't have the missing part and no one to work on it once they finish today. The Store manager was extremely rude to my mother telling her it was not his problem that the part wasn't there or that she wont have anyone to work on it afterwards. According to him she should have known, and that he doesn't care who told her what. My mother is not a labor worker, hence wouldn't just know that information by default. We give too much business to this store to be insulted by the manager. I am not telling anyone on how to do their job, however the situation could have been handled a lot better. It is very disappointing to know these are type of people you have in management roles at your store, who are rude, and disrespectful after wrongfully selling the merchandise. We will no longer be purchasing at this store because we are not paying to disrespected by people who don't know how to do their job right and inform customers on issues prior to purchase. We will be purchasing the missing part from Lowe's not expecting a refund from your store because I refuse to send my mother in again for your aggressive, unpleasant store manager to insult her some more.
