I really want to give this place a better rating. The taste of the ice cream is good, as are the menu flavor combinations. My problem is the value for what you are getting. You pay roughly $8.88 after tax for a regular size cup of ice cream. The toppings are sparse at best.
Picture, 2 or so scoops of ice cream tossed in a blender with about a teaspoon of topping added in. Then placed in a cup, and maybe a quarter of a teaspoon of whatever additional topping it may come with.
Considering a half gallon of ice cream runs 4 to 7 dollars at a store, depending on brand, this is just obnoxious for profit.
For a comparison in New England, where everything is much more expensive cost of living wise, a large ice cream 3 to 4 massive scoops, would be about $5 with toppings. Nit to mention it comes homemade from a local creamery, rather than purchased through a distributor.
Unfortunately, the area here doesn't have a local mom and pop ice cream stand where locals want to come here for generations. It seems all for the dollar now, on novelty items.
They have a good opportunity to make a community staple, but they are missing the mark on affordability...
Read moreTrash Ice Cream - 310 1st Ave, Rogers At 72756.- this is a quant little place that is the super gimmick on every level. The name, the decor, the whole shabangabang. The shake I had was thick, smooth, delish and the only size available is a small. That is it is smaller than a medium at Andy’s, Sonic, or cold Stone. The small ice cream bowl is very small, but they do triple fill it then decorate it, and it will be all over your hands. It is very good ice cream. The shake was very tasty. There was 2 small round tables that are full all the time. Cold stone, Maggie moo’s and Andy’s are better flavor ice cream. It’s better than standard but it’s not the best in town. It’s really good but the competition in Rogers alone is fierce in the Ice Cream game. My Rating: 6.7. Still very respectable, but room to improve.

Read moreTrash is THE place for Dairy-free ice cream! I'm giving 4 stars, bc the pre-made mixes aren't dairyfree, and making my own resulted in a significant price increase. I am still so happy with the results...they use a separate mixer for the coconut milk dairy-free base orders, and have an entirely dairy-free menu. I am just so happy to have good flavors to choose from. Seating options leave a lot to be desired at...
