Promenade | PV — Attraction in Rolling Hills Estates

This is a great shopping center atmosphere. Things that detract...too many empty storefronts and the escalators haven't worked for a very long time. Which wouldn't be so bad if the elevators worked all the time. I don't put that out there to deter anyone from visiting, but they are things I think it's good to be aware of when considering a visit. Having said that....I highly encourage you to check it out. There are multiple, really good food options, an indoor ice-skating rink supported by the LA Kings, a great Regal movie theater and lots of services (medical and dental offices)....and plenty of free parking in the multi-story...

Very confusing multi-layered shopping mall. Ample free parking but if you haven't been to your destination before give yourself plenty of time to find it. I went to a UCLA health center and parked in the structure right near it but ended up walking three or four blocks trying to find the address. It was less than a hundred yards from where I was parked. But I couldn't see it and went the opposite direction. Next time it'll be very easy. I've gotten lost here trying to go to other restaurants. Excellent Food, courteous staff, always inviting, killer pancakes ,hot mgmnt., lol yes hot , excellent referral location to drum up new business..they have a community board where you can grab a card and leave a card which is great free marketing for yourself and everyone else. Always an interesting variety of exotic, multi faceted-lil businesses, to help complete your search for ; sub contractor-privately owned small businesses.
