Diane S., self-proclaimed, Master Stylist, is singularly, the most egregiously insolent, unprofessional, unethical individual our family has ever encountered. She presented as borderline sociopathic. Her dismissive, irritable and as my 8 year old said, unprovoked, āBad attitude,ā were entirely unacceptable. This person should not be in any form of āCustomer Relations.ā She is ill tempered, obnoxious, entitled and verbally and emotionally abusive. Our 11:30A appointment that we arrived to at 11:30A was deemed, āNot enough time. I have a 12:00P. I canāt do it. His hair is too much. I AM A PERFECTIONIST. I need more time.ā After attempting to pawn us off on a co-stylist, to no avail, we reminded her the ULTA site states āKids Haircut (Up to 30 Mins).ā She told us ULTA needed to change it from 30 to 45, because as a perfectionist, she requires more time. We asked if her 12:00P could wait a few minutes as we were booked and there. She blatantly said, āNo, I cannot make my appointment wait.ā Truly, unhinged reasoning. Zero rationality. No apology. Nothing. We left and walked to nearby local OG āPV Barber Shopā sans any appointment, were seated immediately and out within 25 minutes. Voila. Our family has lived on the Hill since the 1950s. Four generations. We have never once experienced such disrespect, disregard and imprudence. We spoke with the Store Manager, who was at once pleasant but ultimately feckless. She stated she called the Salon Manager, who was out but who would call us to follow up. No call. It would seem Diane S. requires constant Supervision. She was unconscionably awful. AVOID Diane S. She appears mentally & emotionally unwell. We will be reporting her to The Board for FRAUD, FALSE ADVERTISING, VERBAL & EMOTIONAL ABUSE et al.
We will be forwarding our experience to the Peninsula Shopping Center, as well as, our friends and neighbors on City Council.

Rudest customer service (or lack thereof) Iāve experienced in ages, here at this ULTA today. An employee, (much older, brown-skinned hispanic woman) aggressively walks up to me seconds after I sprayed a tester (product sprayed was in fact unboxed and open + placed in front of several boxed products of the same kind) she in the most impolite way questioned me on if what I sprayed was a tester, I showed her it was and still with a very bad attitude and tone she goes on with snarky rude comments, I politely walk away with my friend as the worker is now making us both extremely uncomfortable to even continue to shop there any longer. The worker, in the snarkiest way, then repeats something I said to my friend as we were walking off.
Not sure what her deal was but all the items we were so close to checking out with went back to their shelves and we left. Such a horrible experience here. Very nasty and unwelcoming energy. Not once did she offer to help us but instead she pops out of the blue...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI come to this store often and this is the first time I hvnt felt welcome. I walked in there wasn't anyone in the front so I waited and then the store manager Jess comes up.. looks me up and down and rudely asks if they can help me. I said I'm picking up and order they ask for my name I say it a few times and spelled it as well and they just were not listening to me. At first I thought ok maybe having a bad day. It is hot outside .. they ask for my ID I show it and it's taken from my hands which I did not like bc I did not hand it over I got my order and then when the next person walks in the same person not speaking very nicely to me gives the next person a loud and happy greeting . This person judged me on my tattoos and I could tell by how they looked me up and down when they walked up and then continued to not give me customer service while I was standing there. Not a hi how are you, let me check that order for you.. nothing. I work In customer service so this exchange was sub par and I probably won't be back because of how...
