Horrible customer service - I self checked out some clothing, and while walking out, the alarm sounded. One of the items had a theft lock on it. I came back and went to customer service. The person there was helping another customer on a very long and chatty, social returns to gift card. I asked for a minute (after all, I had just rang the theft alarm), and she said wait over there....so I waited, while she chatted, laughed and inefficiently helped the other customer. I asked another associate if he could remove the theft lock. He said I had to wait. So I waited another 14 MINUTES! Finally the other customer left. Then the customer service gal LEFT also to help someone at the self checkout. Checking my receipt and removing the theft lock would have taken less than 2 seconds. Another Target person walked by. I asked him if he could remove the lock, which he did. Yup. It took two seconds. 20+ minutes total for me, with no one offering to help. It would have been faster for me to have gotten in line for the cashier, but that line was long too, and surely a 2 second task did not merit waiting in line. In short, I will...

As they opened the door, they told us thame action figure would be in the front register. Everything was so nice and smooth. Other Targets usually give us issues when we ask for a specific action figure we know its there. I personally asked for another figure, all of a sudden a young guy named JOSE M. comes with that specific figure and gives it to me to purchase. Thats the sencond time this guy does this. This guy is the best and the morning Manager also....

She hails from the front desk in an ivory tower and trolls customers (I fell victim to her 5 min from closing today 10-8-21 in case anyone in Target management has any common sense left... I was virtually the only person there. Just buying some milk). Seriously folks, it's now an open secret that LA County mandates while officially enforced by businesses, are unofficially ignored...common sense is prevailing again, because they all knows it's a crock. Orange County knows better (thinking of moving there after all this is over). But I guess Target girl didn't get the memo, so for now... if you want common sense face mask enforcement, go to Pavilians 300 feet...
