He got a great review, initially. But when I really needed help being scammed on line and really needing his help, he totally blew me off. I went to the office twice and was dismissed without receiving the couple minutes of advice that so needed. This cost me 3k, because he declined to answer my questions I am arthritic and have Alzheimer's. A couple minutes of conversation could have helped me so much. But after the incident now so am forced to go bring out the heavy guns. I have to say that this is a huge disappointment for me. He could have prevented this, but was just too busy. They are back. They told me if I did not pay $3200. They would bill me $15000. I searched the internet and got very little. They are slick and probably produce false evidence of services. Hands down a nightmare and waste of time. I left my PC at HP for a week and when I went to pick it up Deven believed that my audio issue was due to my needing A NEW OPERATING SYSTEM? I asked how [he] figured that, but then he backed off and said he wasn't sure what was causing the lack of audio. This place has tried to sell me solid state drives each time I go in over the last couple of years and he tried doing this again. The prices ranged from $147 on up. Needless to say, I made an excuse and contacted Jason @Umpqua Comptrs. He did a remote fix of my audio problem so I wouldn't even have to leave my home with it again and all it needed was a small tweak in the audio programming. I've been to a few computer repair places in Roseburg and HPD is absolutely the best. I wanted to get a new computer built and went to a few places for pricing. HPD pricing was well below the other two. My computer parts cost $3,200 and Joe did a fantastic job putting everything together. And he didn't even complain when I asked him to wear gloves.

Joe, who is the sole employee (I think) is very professional, friendly, and explains/talks to you so you understand. And I'm a senior. He is incredibly knowledgeable about, not only computers but computer systems, Wi-Fi, cell phones, laptops, etc. He even assisted w/ putting together a Ubiquiti Light Beam Wi-Fi system at my residence.
