Appreciate that they use beans with attention to the process and roast. Beans are organic and locally roasted, so they are also fresh. My cold brew was darker and less smooth for my preference (would give 4 stars.) The coconut cream topper was yummy but quite sweet. The decaf espresso was balanced, smooth, and tasty. Cute, clean place with friendly staff.

Atmosphere was nice, simple yet classy. I ordered the Coconut Cream Cold Brew and was not disappointed! Carters Coffee was smooth and delicious, and the coconut cold foam was absolute perfection! Can’t wait to come back and have a coffee flight! Congratulations to you Dallas!

This place has a great vibe to it. Coffee is high quality and has a smooth yet bold taste. I like the more bright, clean, and modern feel of the decor, which sets it apart from the rest of the coffee shops in Roseburg which usually are more dark toned. Does have some vintage vibes with the original brick wall as well which only the downtown buildings usually have. Definitely recommend this place.
