Michaels — Attraction in Rosenberg

Update: Coke machine has been broken for months.Dec.9.17 Older white lady with super short hair was like extremely rude to me today. Was looking for an item they were out or simply not replenished/stocked and I noticed the item I was looking for stick out of a bin under the shelf so I pulled bin out to grab what I was going to purchase and instead of offering to help "she says "what are you doing" but in such a rude manner I was offended but she knew I was not the one to try then she walks away then comes back once she realize she screwed up. Visits Sun Oct.8.17 around 1:30 pm. Saw something on their website that I wanted and I found it at the store. Took me a while but I found. When advertising a specific item it should be displayed and easy to find. It's surprising how customers act in here, like a bunch of animals with no manners. This store is pretty small to hold all the merchandise and crowds they have. Seems very crowded and cluttered. Hard to navigate through the aisels. Lines were long and slow. No communication skills between employees and no customer service. Customers in front us were being checked out by an employee with those hand held checkouts which made it confusing for customers, so while your doing that you should direct the next customers to next cashier that was available at that moment and move aside with those customer's your checking out instead of doing it at the front of the line. Knowing they had the same coupon at the counter the young guy had me still search for my online coupon I guess to verify I had one but after he saw it he says "its alright I have it too. The reason for the rating is because the staff is inconsistent with their customer service. Some staff members are amazing, presenting excellent knowledge of various crafting types, the layout of the store and generally helpful and kind; like Asia- she's top notch! However a few visits have left me decently disappointed as members of the staff were unaware of promotions and store layout and even though I was having a hard time getting things out of the cart at the register (I was trying to balance my crutches, the electric shopping cart and work around the Covid-19 plastic barrier) instead of offering help (which I would have been grateful for) they seemed to get annoyed at the length of time it...

Spent about an hour browsing in the store, get in line to check out, the first clerk walked away from her register after checking out a customer right past me, didn't even speak and went to the back. The second cashier finished her customer, and walked away from her cashier and from around the counter to the outside of the store where the baskets are even though she didn't have any baskets, I placed my items on the counter and walked out the door, crossed the highway and went to Hobby lobby and got the same things and more for less where workers throughout the store SPOKE to customers and didn't walk away from...
