Came in for brunch with my girls. We were put in small room where we couldn't even hear ourselves talking, it was that loud. We asked the waitress to move us and she gave us the biggest attitude. So, we got up and went back to the hostess and asked her to move our table, which she did. We ordered food and bottomless mimosas. Table next to us (two ladies that asked to be moved from the same room) got served right away. We had to wait for mimosas for about 15 minutes. Each refill we had to waive and ask for. For a restaurant this class its not acceptable. If I'm ordering bottomless mimosas its supposed to keep coming without me asking for a refill every time. The waitress was pouring each glass like she was in such pain it was too funny to watch. At 3pm where we asked for a refill, but were told that the brunch is over. Ok, no problem. I ordered an espresso martini and my friend ordered a glass of champagne. We were told that they don't have champagne. What? she was just pouring champagne during branch. So we asked her to go check with the bartender. She left and didn't come back for about 20 minutes. So, we got up and went to the hostess and asked for a check . Ten minutes later we still didn't have our check. So we asked for a manager. After another 5-7 min wait they brought our check. Another 5-7 min manager showed up. I told her that its unacceptable at a restaurant like this to be served they way we were served. With attitude from waitress and waiting for a drink to come for 20 minutes when they were not even busy. I told her that I'm not there to cause any trouble and I will pay my bill, but will leave no tip. (tips must be earned, that wasn't the case). She agreed, took my name and number, told me she was busy in an interview and will call me back to discuss further. Until today, I did not get a phone call.
I usually don't write reviews, but I just had to this time. This is a great place with many locations and I have never experienced this before. Its unacceptable at any place, but especially at...
Read more10/22 Went here for my anniversary, we decided on brunch and made an 11 o'clock reservation yesterday being Sunday. This was our first time here and were really looking forward to a leisure late breakfast, though we felt rushed. Part of their reservation process they ask if you're celebrating a special occasion but there was no acknowledgment or reason I could see why they ask that. The place was 85-90% empty tables and were still seated at a 2 seater tiny table. I had to ask for a second brunch menu cause they only give 1 per table and didn't feel like we were ordering fast enough when the waitress asked for a third time if we were ready, I asked the waitress if this was normal to only provide 1 brunch menu and it is and that really slowed us down making a choice. My fiancé said the French toast tasted like it was only dipped in egg and then cooked, no vanilla cinnamon or nutmeg taste to speak of....he ate it cause he saved the preserves provided from the beignets we ordered. I ordered the Spicy omelet which I would say comes with a measly amount of over seasoned potatoes like a small handful, the omelet was just alright but better after my man gave me some of his bacon. French toast 1 out of 5 and 'spicy" omelet was 3 of 5. My silverware was dirty, not a little dirty either so that had to be switched out. We had the check before I was done with my food. I make mistakes when I feel rushed and spilled water on the table and my dress while trying to leave, but no one was around to tell so I just continued to leave. The atmosphere was beautiful, but I sat down and noticed the dirty silverware and food splattered on the curtains we were seated next to.
I don't know if I'll be back, my man said maybe it'd be different if we came at dinner time. I'll update this post if that ever...
Read moreThe Real Deal is Sienna Restaurant Roseville which delivers on very classy atmosphere and delicious dishes!
Let’s start off with the service which had polished staff and very attuned to fine dining. The only issue was the main course took awhile to be delivered but it was worth the wait. Overall well done on service.
Next to the atmosphere that starts in the parking lot with amazing curb appeal with some beautiful stone work with outdoor sitting! Once you enter the door, huge grand doors that open to multiple rooms for dinning, bar, high top bars and booths. The decor very classy, elegantly done. The fireplace in the room I dined in was delightful.
Now onto the main event what you’ll looking for the FooD! It call started with a starter of Bruschetta which was absolutely one of my go-to starter but this one was the best I’ve ever tasted, full of flavor, flesh, so so well done (10/10)! Onto the main courses starting with the Chicken Parmesan that was very good, crispy and perfectly seasoned breaded chicken which the chicken was 10/10, the noddle and sauce was good too but as a total dish (9/10). The other dish was the Blackened Shrimp pasta which was amazing pasta, garlic, delicious sauce along with the bread, perfect portion (10/10). The dessert Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée which was good needed some else like white chocolate to pair with the berries 8/10.
Overall, this place is a must try! Nice dinner date or special occasion...
