Arizona Leather — Local services in Roseville

The store is fine but the furniture quality is ridiculously poor and very expensive. We ordered a Nicholas sofa length modular and love seat length modular with motorized recliners. They won’t stay up in the reclined position when you sit in them. They repaired them once but same result. Paid $8000 for furniture that is super aggravating to use! Update: Got a call from the store and got chewed out and cussed at and was told I could throw the couches away. I was told they wouldn’t honor the warranty anymore because of my bad review. Perhaps a call to Consumer Affairs is needed. Seems like the honorable thing to do is...

I came from the mountains to go to this Store. I arrived at 4:40 PM, on the lights are on, the open sign is on. I knocked on the door and no one answered. I went to Lazy Boy across the way; after looking at their Furniture, I asked them about Arizona Leather. They mentioned if it is a slow day they leave.....never turn off the lights sometimes they leave as early as 4:00. I checked their hours online and they are supposed to be open until 6 or 7....depending on the day. My advice, call ahead and make sure they are open. Very...
