Taco Bell — Restaurant in Roseville

If I could give this TB a zero star rating, I would. For the last few months the service through the drive through has been terrible, the service in store has also been lacking. My orders are never correct, the wait in the drive thru at night is so long that by the time I get my order and it's incorrect I'm too frustrated to even go back through and have it fixed. They are closed when they are supposed to be open a lot of nights, and they have poor staffing As for tonight, the icing on the cake, I ordered for pick up through doordash, my daughter went to pick up the order as the app said the store had reported the order was ready. The worker yelled (yes, yelled) at my daughter stating that there was no order under my name, and refused to allow her to show him the order details on her phone. I called the store and the same worker answered, I asked him why he yelled at my daughter and why he is saying my order was not there when obviously someone in the store let door dash know the order was ready? He tried to say he didn't yell and then said he didn't have an order for me and to contact doordash. Which I had already done and could not get a refund due to TB telling DD my order was ready. This is the last time I will give this TB a chance. The worker (Sun) was rude and unprofessional tonight, and it is not the first time, the store inside is always filthy, and the orders are never correct, considering my daughter and I both have a condition that requires us not to have certain items and they constantly ignore the request for items to contain certain ingredients only, I am surprised someone hasn't become seriously ill from their food. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT waste your time here, go to the store in Citrus heights, it will save you a serious headache, when it should be easy breezy just to get...

This is one of the worst Taco Bells I have been to. Especially at night! Horrible. So I will try and make this short. My husband and I are vegan. We were excited that they had vegan nacho cheese so of course we drove to our closest Taco Bell. We ordered our food and we get to the window well I saw it said there was sour cream on our food so I politely asked if what I saw was correct and to make sure there was no “sour cream” on our food due to us being vegan obviously!and the cashier laughed and told the line cook and it was the manager. Manager than started to yell and throwing our food. He was obviously annoyed but dude it was two chalupa it honestly wasn’t that big of a deal. The cashier was laughing at him and he just continued to yell and it was just a bad experience. I definitely had the feeling they would spit in our food so I told the cashier to give our money back. Than he try to tell us no they will have our food and I obviously said uh no I want our money back. Than the manager came over stopping around but eventually we got our money and went to the Taco Bell on junction and fairway and they are always good and never mess up my food. Consistently terrible service throughout the pandemic and still today. Routinely items missing from mobile orders using counter pickup or drive thru (makes no difference). Staff ignores you. Also this must be a franchise because I think staff receives a bonus for not giving out sauce. You can order 10 items and they will give you only 5-8 sauce packets even though you request more. Overall this is probably the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to and they are consistently terrible, try this location and you will see how bad they are then please write a review and tell corporate because we deserve a much better Taco Bell. Can only blame management and the proprietor of this location.

Ordered ahead with the app for counter pickup. Took forever was waiting at the counter for a long time. I ordered 13 items requested 25 hot sauce and they gave me 8 hot sauce. One food item was missing and two were completely incorrect which I found out later at home. I requested more sauce at the counter and they gave me 5 more. I said I got 13 items please give me more sauce so they gave me another 5. Still not enough. Staff here is consistently rude and I get incorrect orders all the time.
