The selection and quality of the products such as beads, charms, Swarovski crystals, beautiful natural gemstones, wire, chain, findings and so much more as far as jewelry supplies are unbeatable and well organized, no where have I seen a selection like theirs. They have trunk shows from time to time where larger selections of silver items, crystals and more are brought in for a a little while that offer amazing opportunities to find the kinds of things at great prices that are typically difficult to find. If they don't have something in stock they do what they can to get what you are looking for. That's just about their jewelry supplies, they have great customer service, always willing to help you find what you need and give advice on any questions. They teach classes at all levels from beginners to advanced of various types of jewelry making such as beadwork, wire work and working with solid metals and soldering. I believe they also host and teach groups for things like childrens birthday parties, it would be a great and fun team building experience for companies who do that kind of thing with their employees! I'm excited about the new changes they've made in their stock, they now offer a wide variety of beautiful natural crystals and stones that are absolutely stunning and available in various forms from very small to extremely large, there's one amethyst geode that is taller than I am. The selection available is remarkable and some of the most unique I've ever seen! They also now offer Tarot card readings at the shop as well as selling the cards. By far my favorite shop for all of the above! If you're new to any kind of jewelry making or want to learn how, this is the place to go and if you already have experience I guarentee they will have something new to try and the kind of unique pieces that are perfect for sparking new ideas. I love this store and wish I could continue bringing my business here but I can’t. And I hope the rest of their loyal customers are careful because of my experience. My daughter got a gift card for Christmas. She has been saving her cash also to take into this store. With the gift card she got and her cash she ended up with quite a few crystals and she was so happy. Until we got to the register. They scanned the gift card. And then said they had to ring up some more stuff and ran the gift card again. It was then declined. 2 other people attempted to run it and it was still declined. The first time it was run, it was charged so obviously it’s going to keep getting declined. I ended up just paying the difference (same exact amount of the gift card) with my bank card. And they told me to call and double check the gift card was activated. When I called, the gift card balance was zero and the one and only transaction was from this store. Regardless of all that, the store refuses to give back the money from the gift card. Not even in store credit. So. I hope they enjoyed my 8 year old daughters 25 dollars EXTRA. I suggest you all use cash instead. Such a shame because we really love shopping here. But we absolutely won’t be returning.

In response to the manager of the store. You’re absolutely right I hung up. I did what was asked of me the first time I left the store. There was no problem with the gift card other than you guys used it and then repeatedly tried again and again and again which is why you remember it being declined. It had already been charged and my items rung up a second time. I offered to call the gift card company there in the store and was told there was no need. That you guys would take care of it. Which you didn’t. My review and my opinion of the store stands. I wouldn’t have even cared if it was mine. But it was my daughters. You guys did nothing to help or even offer to try and make it right in any way after I did everything possible to prove to you...

As a small business crystal owner this by far has to be the worst customer service I’ve experienced!!!! My sister, my one year old, and I came to this shop to get new crystals for our collection. My daughter started yelling because she wanted to touch the crystals. I gave her a labradorite heart because I trusted her (At home I have crystals all around). When she got quiet I put the labradorite heart back. We continued to look for the crystals that called our name. At this time my one year old wasn’t having it. I told my sister that I was going outside with my daughter because she kept screaming. My sister decided to take her instead. As she was walking towards the door. The lady in the register said out loud “ OH did you guys put the labradorite heart back?”- As saying like we were stealing it. This was very disappointing and by most I felt very disrespected!!!! I don’t know if it was the way we were dressed that said “ thieves”…. I wanted to support The Bead N Crystal ( Enclave Gems) so I bought the few items we had. When I stepped out the store I realized what just happened. I went back and I wanted a refund!!! I told her the situation and how we felt disrespected!!!
