As I was purchasing the chair I asked repeatedly if the delivered to my area as I bought the service agreement also and was assured that I was in the delivery area. The chair started to make a popping sound then a big pop. The mechanism had broke, so I called the store in Valparaiso and was sent to warranty service and I was told that the company does not service my area, but they where looking for someone close to me to fix it that was may . I was toldThat they where working on it , in July I called again and was told that the new mechanism would be ordered and they would contact us to deliver the product and it is now August 10 and still no respond from anyone about the new mechanism. We changed our mind about how we wanted to use some of the furniture and we called back to buy an additional bar stool. We were told it would be there in a week. Every week I would email to see if it was in and I was told "next week." I finally had my husband call and then all of a sudden it was in the following Monday. 3 weeks later than the original estimate. We went to pick it up today and it was pouring down rain. I asked the lady if she had any plastic we could put over it and I was told, they don't provide any materials or loading assistance and that should have been made clear to me. When I pushed back, she reluctantly went and got a bag that fit the stool perfectly. So, they have them, they just really don't want to give them out.
