Rainbow Shops — Local services in Ross Township

I used to like going to Rainbow but it is ridiculous the last couple of years . I know they closed the fitting rooms because of COVID but they never intended on opening them back up. So we can't try on anything and they removed every single mirror from their store also. I guess you're supposed to guess how this garment is supposed to look on you and buy multiple sizes then bring it all back as a return! That's really convenient for your customers. They don't care about their customers since this is (fast fashion) so I'll go to stores that actually have fitting rooms and at least mirrors as I am a Woman who actually wants to know how I look...

Let's just start out by saying I love this store. N everyone working there! N trust me I'm there almost every weekend faithfully. Im pretty sure they know it's me writing this! This store is a terrible place COVID-19 mess. These rainbow stores are up. This location is always a dam issue when i do go, which is every blue moon. No dressing room, no lights, no air conditioner. I dont see how they are still open. People shopping in the dark hot store. Employees are lovely people. i feel bad for them and the condition this company has...
