BUYER BEWARE....Upon delivery of our massage chair, the delivery team damaged our hardwood floor with a deep scratch/gouge from door to door that is over 15' long. As you can see in the pictures, we are not trying to be difficult. We just want our floor fixed. My wife tried to warn them not to push the heavy box across our floor without protection as it would damage the floor, but they did not listen to her, and now it is damaged to the point that the whole floor has to be completely refinished. They offered to send someone to try to touch it up, but according to 3 different professional flooring companies the entire floor has to be re-sanded to remove the deep scratch, and then refinished or the finish simply won't match. I have tried to resolve this issue with the manager who acknowledges fault, but no one will call me back to try to rectify the issue. I even offered a barter scenario, which would cost them less than the three estimates I received as we want more furniture and would take that as payment. So, now if they do not respond, we are going to be forced to take them to court for restitution. It is sad because we have purchased from them in the past with no issues and are looking for more furniture, but unless they rectify this issue, we won't be using these guys again. My only hope is that they read this and want to make it right without court intervention.........UPDATE.....Right after posting this, the owner of the company dissolved the LLC and created a new LLC to avoid any potential financial responsibility. Read moreEfrain was a fantastic salesman…. Then when the 3 weeks were up that our bed was to be ready for pick up, my husband called and Mo said bed was enroute. It had left Texas. I called a few days later and Efrain promised call back and nothing. Then called a week later and said will call back with eta. No call back again. Finally the bed got delivered and spoke faith Efrain for Friday pick up and he said I could inspect and it would be loaded for me. Mo was there and would not let me inspect. He said he does not load for us - I let him know what Efrain had said - so he did and said he did me a favor by doing so. My husband asked where the 3rd box was and he said there is only 2.
That evening I got a call from a delivery man for them and said he had my bed rails and he verified address and got them to me in a couple hours and brought them in the house for me. He deserves praise for doing this for me.
