I cannot rave more about this company!! We went to three different businesses and were shopping for 8 hours. We were ready to give up and at the last minute we saw the store and we just thought, why not? We went into the store tired and defeated. But the sales woman (Jennifer!) sooo kind. We told her that we were very specific about what we were looking for, and we didn't have high hopes. But they literally had the couch that ticked all of our boxes. Jennifer let us know that the couch that we wanted was not actually in stock, but they had the same couch from a different distributor who they could get and they would price match it for us. The process was so easy, even though we lived an hour away they still delivered within the week without an up charge. We got the couch after the first couple of days the wireless charging in our console stopped working so we put in a ticket and they were going to have a technician out the next Friday. Before that Friday could even come one of the buttons on our couch broke (totally our fault), called in for another ticket - again they said following Friday someone would be out. When the technician (Felix!) came out Friday for the first issue with our wireless console, he went ahead and had no issues looking at the buttons for the recliner. So we so didn't have to wait another week! He told us he would get back to us on how soon he could get the parts in, the same day they called us back to let us know that they didn't have parts in store and that they were just going to replace both of the pieces. By the next Friday we had our services dropped off by Miguel, I was working from home so I let them in and went back into my office to work. I told them to just set up the couch and not to worry about plugging anything in. Miguel and his helper ,not only, went ahead and set up the couch for us plugged everything in, and locked the door on their way out, but we're actively talking softly and being quiet as not to disturb the office work. I cannot express how every time I call into customer service how wonderful everybody there has been to talk with.

We purchased a Tempurpedic mattress and adjustable base from Home Zone less than a year and a half ago. After returning from vacation, the base stopped working completely and would no longer move. We've now been without a functioning bed for over a month, and the level of customer service has been nothing short of awful.
Weâve had to follow up again and again just to get a single response â and when we do hear back, itâs vague, unhelpful, and leads nowhere. After waiting three weeks for a replacement part, they sent the wrong one, and now, seven days later, weâre still waiting for any kind of update. No tracking number. No communication. No accountability.
How does a company send the wrong part and then leave a customer hanging for a full week without a solution?
For a company that claims to value customer service, the way weâve been treated is beyond disappointing. We've reached out countless times asking for a timeline, tracking information, and clarification around our warranty, only to be met with generic replies or complete silence. Itâs been over a month without a working bed, and weâre still making payments on something we canât even use.
To make matters worse, the adjustable base was purchased due to my wife's medical condition that requires her to sleep upright. The lack of empathy or urgency around this has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Monica and Laura have refused to communicate or take accountability for a situation that is entirely Home Zoneâs responsibility.
