Make sure when you order any type of arrangement that it is the correct one because they will send you a cheaper one that doesn't even look like what you ordered. FYI this happened to me twice..not once but twice! I will never and will make sure I do not deal with this florist. Go to Ron & Alicia Robinson Florist in Rowland Heights they go above and beyond! 1st mistake they delivered wrong date and not a plant arrangement I ordered, then they wanted to pick up their plant and never showed! 2nd time they delivered another plant that doesn't look like what I ordered. After I complained they came to my house and picked up both plants and said I cannot give it to you for free. When you screw up not once but twice your suppose to leave the arrangement but that's okay honestly I don't want their bush in a basket that was cheaper than what I paid for plus some of the leaves wear ripped on both arrangements. This is the worst florist I have ever dealt with! If they didn't have the same plants..you could of came close to what the tropical look is or call.. communication is key! I never write bad reviews..usually I give 2nd chances yet twice with issues with this florist smh! I have evidence they didn't give same price as what I paid for but cheaper by another florist....

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when I received the photo of the flowers that were delivered! They were NOTHING like what the showed/represented. I even specifically spoke to someone at the flower shop and asked them to please be sure that I got what I was paying for; based on what they showed. They assured me that they were out of 1 particular flower and would substitute it and everything else w/b the same ~ not!! I could have gone to Home Depot, Trader Joe's or various other stores and paid $9-12 for something like the photo, if not better! By the way, I paid $84.70 for these $9-12 flowers!...

The arrangement that my sister paid $75.00 for was supposed to look like a Christmas Tree, with gold balls, yards of red ribbon, and specified measurements, in a red dish. What I received looked NOTHING like the photo on their site! Any professional florist that would send the "thing" that I received should be ashamed of the poor quality, and the absolute RIP-OFF of the customer that paid for this piece of TRASH that was delivered to me. My sister has reported this...
