least peaceful appointment I've ever had. there was children stomping around, complaining, counting, and adults speaking very loudly my ENTIRE appointment. I at one point asked them to close the door in which 2 employees busted in shortly after (I assume to ask why she closed the door) the door remainded closed for no longer than 10 minutes when my lash tech was swapped out with another. This lash tech thought it was appropriate to yell from right above my face (multiple times) to someone outside the room. I have ptsd to having that happen especially when I'm unable to open my eyes made me feel very uneasy. It was almost humorous for them to ask if I wanted to book a fill appointment, why would I willing put myself through a very unpeaceful session. A nice and clean clinic to get facial spa treatment. I had the rejuvenating facial + 2 add ons (facial guasha and gold paper massage). The main package was already very good. It has cleaning, massaging, hydrating mask, warm towel. They even had blackheads removal in it (which I said no to because it hurt lol). I liked the gold massage. It feels exciting.
