Posh Nails & Hair — Attraction in Rowland Heights

I wish I could give this place zero out of one stars actually. I literally witnessed them yell to a nice customer that she should sit down and wait when the customer had mentioned that she was doing them a favor by agreeing to come early. When it was my turn, they cut my cuticles so deep that it was inflamed for several days. They were judgmental about my taking some time with color choosing and rolled their eyes genuinely so many times I lost count. Additionally, they were speaking in another language, and I do not need to understand the language to know that they were exchanging rude comments regarding customers. They treat their customers like money bags and will put someone with no reservation but a more expensive design before you even if you have a specific time slot. I drove in from out of town to visit my boyfriend and decided to get my eyebrows done. I came in to Posh not wanting more than an eye brow wax…left a few hours later with a mani then pedi and finally a hair color touch up. Each experience was EXCELLENT. This place gave me the spa day with girlfriends experience… all I needed was a glass of wine. ☺️ We all laughed together… I relaxed…did some work…and the massage chairs are really good at getting into those back tight muscles.
