I had the pleasure of working with Greg during the ordering and documentation process. His expertise and knowledge of the Polestar brand were truly impressive. He patiently walked me through all the available options and helped me tailor my car to fit my preferences perfectly. Greg's attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring I had the best possible experience made the ordering process a breeze.
When it came time for the handover, Jackie took charge and made it an unforgettable occasion.    Read moreSales reps are not willing to discuss or place an order in person, directing you to the online process claiming the online payment calculator and inventory is accurate. Once your order is in, you'll need to deal with the dealership anyway as the "website's wonky" and supposedly doesn't actually show accurate inventory. Shady sales tactics will try to get you in a more expensive vehicle, as they'll claim the one you've built and priced "was just sold", no matter what configuration you specify. This was later verified when I declined the more expensive car as the rep followed up with "we refunded the deposit of the other guy for you because he was being too difficult" yet the vehicle did not match my spec anyway (not once did I ask for a trailer hitch). Further shady tactics include rushing you in to securing insurance days before delivery and prior to confirmation of credit.
Reps will also tell you to text them, but claim "your messages are disappearing for some reason" when you follow up on a no-reply. The messages were miraculously found after the order was placed. I was also dismissed from the rep's office when trying to talk numbers, as the rep was too distracted to work, claiming their "friend's dad's angry and wants to talk". Incredibly unprofessional.
Visa holder's beware, they will take loads of sensitive information from you even with a good US credit score. You'll be told they don't see issues with lease approvals and pressured to finalize a sale, but may get denied anyway. I will be monitoring my credit and identity for the foreseeable future as documents they requested are not in anyone's possession outside of the US government.
Horrible experience, cannot recommend in good conscience.

   Read moreI needed a new car. My husband was interested in checking out the Polestar- It was the holidays and I really wasnât interested in an EV but I reluctantly agreed to go take a look. Then we met Arber. Right From the initial greeting, he made us feel like we were important and he gave us his full attention. He went thru every detail of the features , the benefits, comparing and contrasting the EV product with the traditional cars we have always driven. His knowledge of the car gave us the assurance we needed and it was like we were old friends within minutes. Being a little hesitant with technology , he took extra time to ensure my concerns were addressed and my questions answered with no pressure whatsoever. He made me feel like my questions were a priority. Within a few days we had a new car ! The experience we had throughout was due to Arberâs superior knowledge and skills and his ability to create that experience for us immediately. We love our Polestar so far and I look forward to checking in with Arber if I have questions - of course he offered that too!
