Ray and Maureen are dedicated, experienced, conscientious and fair.

I stumbled upon this place a year ago when my parents referred me somewhere else in the vicinity -- and I went here by accident, and it turned out to be a godsend for all of us!

Ray (the computer wizard of Oz behind the curtain) has been into computers since he was 9 years old. This little shop has been in Royal Oak for 25 years.

Maureen handles the customer service with joy and energy and attention to detail. (she adores her family too, which you'll notice immediately upon entering! )

I've taken my personal laptop here for a new battery... to make sure that everything was backing up to the external hard drive... and to see why the fan was always whirring noisily....

Maureen keeps me updated on timing and status if it takes more than a couple days -- they're busy, which is a great sign!

My laptop Is always returned to me running better than ever with all the reassurance that I need to hear and at a delightfully reasonable price. Maureen and Ray go the extra mile to do the little maintenance things that help your computer live a long and healthy life, like cleaning out the dust, etc..

Family run business that have been around forever. They where able to repair a broken SATA connector on the poorly built GDrive external hard drive that house all my daughter's raw video and photos from her time studying abroad.
