To be honest it’s reviews such as these that as a business owner myself is really hard to stomach because we care so much about what we do. Treating walk ins who are just inquiring about services as insignificant and meaningless people is at the core a failure. Having structure and systems in place is crucial but conforming to different needs is something you learn over time. I spent 5-10 minutes asking questions about having my hair looked at to secure services and all I kept getting was cold responses to just fill out a form otherwise I couldn’t even be tended to as an inquiry. Really great work is not at the success of a business, ultimately customer service is and after contacting the owner myself it was evident that the responses I was getting from the front desk was equal to hers as well. I hope over time this review is a learning process for better treatment of others and their needs as I as an owner have had to learn and implement changes over time by taking into account when we have fallen short of expectations. I loved this place but sadly the didn’t appreciate me as a client, 2 times they cancel on the same day I had my hair app, first time they mention stylist was sick and then I found on ig it was her birthday and so she left early so ok I didn’t said anything, the receptionist make another appointment and I was super happy with the results then the girl left so I went to someone else she was great too but I made app for Christmas 3 months in advance and I talk to this girl on ig and confirm my app with her, the day of my app the call again same thing she feels sick and now they can’t book me with anyone else because this girl was leaving so I needed to wait for her call so she could take me at her new place…just basically cancel and that’s it, so I know things can happen but as the owner she should be giving solutions not just cancel I’m not only stylist client I supposed to be a client for the salon, the receptionist sounds like $400 doesn’t matter for the salon and I have to wait anyway they never contacted me back. So I will not recommend sounds like my money wasn’t worth it, is not a cheap place...
