Terrible experience. Manager dismisses staff unsafe actions. If I could put it as 0 stars I would. Staff is extremely dismissive of the actions of others. They even sold a ticket to someone that was drunk and it was very obvious. That individual used the ticket he bought to go on the go karts and ruin everyone’s fun. He spun multiple people out and hit people very hard including me. The actions of the manager and other staff make this place very unsafe and frustrating. I told the manager about this and all he had to offer was a 7 dollar ticket to do the same attraction again or do a maze. I then asked if he would do it for just me or the entire group of people that I was with because this drink individual decided to ruin everyone’s fun. He said no. The most he could do is send a singular person through a maze. This is an example about how they run things and an example of how poor there ethics and morals at this establishment and you would expect more from them especially because the city can barely survive off of tourists. This individual also works at the fire department in town. How do I know this? Because he told me. He also told me...

Just had my 22nd birthday here yesterday. I brought my friends (all them are also adults with no children) and we had a great time! We did mini golf, bumper boats, the maze, panning for gemstones, and the pro go kart track and no children necessary it was so fun for us. We drove all the way up to ruidoso from Artesia, and it was worth the drive. The weather has been really bad this month, with the whole town of ruidoso flooding a few days ago so I called the day before to make sure they’d be open, and we would be safe to drive up there. The man on the phone was super nice and let me know we would be good to drive up there but there would be a few bridges in town that are closed, and he was spot on we had no trouble on our drive up there despite the rain. It was raining still a little when we got there, but all the attractions were still open! The rain broke after a while and the sun revealed to us the beautiful location this park is set in. Idk if kids would appreciate it like we did but the park was the cleanest amusement park I’ve ever been to, and every activity we did came with a breathtaking view of the trees and the...

I did the “pro karts” and the one I got was literally the speed of the “fun karts”. On top of that, the tires for all were in really poor condition and the staff was rude. Possibly the worst experience at a fun park ever and I’ve tried a lot of them…

Edit after the owner replied saying I had a flat tyre and that the staff should have offered me a free ride to make it up: That was not the case for me, there was no flat tyre, I looked at all 4 after. The tires were just way overused making the cart slide/drift on every turn for no reason potentially impacting the safety of the guests. The engine was making popping noises along with little smoke randomly and was low on power. When I informed the staff at the end about my experience they didn’t say a word back to me. The 2 guys just looked at me like a deer in the headlights and let me leave disappointed. Seeing this reply from the owner only reinforced my opinion of this sketchy “fun park”. Stop making excuses and spend more money on...

What a fun place!! Kids and I had a great time. Bought $100 worth of tickets for our 4, 11, and 20 year olds. And guests. Lasted several hours. The 4 yr old rode the go cart track with me and she even got to race her own car on the Turtle track. I didn’t even know that she knew how to drive lol. She was tall enough to do the bumper cars, which are single passenger only. But not the traditional style bumper cars. They were more like bumper boats on land so that collisions weren’t even felt, which was great for her first time. The medium track(fun track?) was a blast for all of us. It has 4 turns and most of the carts are evenly matched. It’s 5 minutes for one ride and one ride is one ticket. Mini golf was good. Air hockey was fun. No long lines!! Parking was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful! We will be going again next time we visit.

The go kart track was great, but it wasn’t smooth it actually was pretty bumpy. If you have a kid that’s smaller, and that can’t ride on the bigger one don’t worry they have a track just for little ones. The bumper cars were great if you like the feeling of getting bumped you probably shouldn’t ride it because it doesn’t even feel like you got hit (required height is at least 40 inches). The put put was great really fun, and some great mechanics. They also have some snacks there not many I wouldn’t eat a meal there. On the go kart the breaks don’t work that well also the top speed is at a ok speed I didn’t ride on the pro one though. They have a Vr system with air hockey, and a gold digging crane you might want to bring quarters because the air hockey, and the gold digging crane need quarters. Hope this was helpful 😁
