My wife and I attended one of the beginner pottery classes by the Tilted Kiln for our 4th anniversary. I made a scheduling mistake, booking our celebration activity for the wrong day, and Joe quickly and compassionately resolved the issue. Considering the various other reservations already in place for our anniversary, my negligence could have resulted in copious amounts of stress, shifting the enjoyable energy of our celebration to one of disappointment. Joe demonstrated exemplary business professionalism and a determinism for providing the pinnacle of customer service that seems to be absent in many modern businesses.
Taya, our pottery teacher, was an absolute delight! Although my wife and I haven't sat behind a pottery wheel in many years, Taya expertly guided us through a wildly enjoyable experience that we will not soon forget. She ensured that our experience as rookie potters was padded with encouragement, guaranteeing that we will soon return for another fun day!
