Seriously terrible. They couldn’t tell me my total when I ordered at the drive thru so I had to wait at the window before counting out my change and holding the line up. Then he hands me drinks with ice when I asked for no ice. Then I was wondering where my reciept was because the price sounded wrong. So then he has me wait while he gets more printer paper. When I get the reciept, sure enough, they overcharged me. They charged me the normal price of a side when it’s only $1 extra to add an extra side to a fill-up box. Then I check my bag quickly for utensils- there are none. No napkins either. So I ask for them and he hands me one spoon. I got two meals.. seriously? I drive off and decide to double check my order before I go home since everything has been wrong thus far. Well sure enough, they didn’t put my buscuits in my boxes. So I had to wait in line another 15 mins with my impatient kids in the car to get through the drive thru again. And there was no apology. They hand me the biscuits and say “here’s that.” NEVER AGAIN. They 100% lost my business. I don’t expect people to be perfect, but I expect them to have common sense and at least be polite and apologize for their mistakes. Hire people...
Read moreI rarely go here because I have never really had a great experience here. I decided to give them another shot, I should have gone somewhere else. I went through the drive through and ordered a famous bowl with wedges and a zinger meal. Got the order and decided to check it in the parking lot. One order of wedges were littered on the bottom of the bag, famous bowl, and sandwich. Missing an order of wedges. So I go in and tell them that I'm missing an order of wedges. They grab them and put them in the bag. I leave and get home. Take a drink of my Mountain Dew and it's all carbonated water. The syrup was out. Dumped the drink and started eating. A few of the wedges were cold on the inside meaning that they weren't cooked thoroughly. I move on to the sandwich. Looks pretty good. I paid extra for bacon and cheese on it. Took a bite, no bacon or cheese. I usually don't complain because I understand that sometimes things happen. This was absurd though. I got a call from an employee at KFC stating there wasn’t enough chicken to complete one of the orders (as it was nearing the end of the night I understand) but he said could substitute legs and thighs for the meal instead. He said there would be NINE chicken (instead of 8, super cool thanks dude) .. but when my food got delivered .. there was only THREE chicken thighs in there… and the sides I ordered were completely wrong. My Pepsi was actually a disgusting combination of some type of orange drink and sprite? And to make things even worse .. THEY DIDNT GIVE ME MY OTHER TWO MEALS. When we tried to call the store to let them know the order is wrong .. the phone just kept ringing. We tried Calling for 25 minutes before the store was closed for the night.
