Thomas Charles Salon — Attraction in Saint Louis Park

This salon is clean, bright and beautifully decorated. Just walking in the door I felt relaxed and comfortable. All employees and guests wore masks and social distanced. The woman at the desk was sweet and promptly called my stylist to make sure I wouldn't have to wait long. When my stylist, Anna, arrived, she took my temperature and then took my coat to a coat room.

I saw Anna for a cut & color and it was one of the best hair appointments of my life! She listened to my requests and executed them perfectly. She took extra time to tone my hair a second time when part of it was a bit brighter than expected. My hair is the perfect color and she didn't cut off too much of my hair, which is perfect because I am trying to grow it out for my wedding.

The price was very average for the area, but in my opinion the quality was worth so much more. A fantastic experience, I can't wait...

I was looking for a new place bc my old stylist was getting too lazy and inadequate. So I took a chance on this place. When I called I was a little bit biased and asked for a male stylist who’s a bit older (experienced). I walked in for my appointment. I noticed a lot of seniors, I thought I was in the wrong place. HUGE MISTAKE!! These people KNOW what’s quality. And I’m ashamed that was my first thought. Bryan Ball cut my hair. Beautiful personality, didn’t make too much small chat bc he was focused on my stringy straight hair. I LOVED that. He was honest about what my outcome will be for the style I wanted. Diane is a gem. The best haircut of my life. I wake up and do not have to do a thing beyond brushing my hair if I don't want to. The has never happened in my life.
