James really help me out at a time of need. After telling James about how Denver Mattress screwed me over. After waiting two weeks for a mattress they had no recollection of. Even no I called back to make sure the guy That was supposed to order it for me had my information and exactly which mattress I needed. I never received. I Even ask for a like told me he will call me back the next day on Saturday . Which he never did. So I went on the Mattress Hub website that Sunday and James from the mattress Hub in Salina call me and I told him exactly what I needed and he found a great mattress for me. He even put Express shipping on it and he had it here in a week. He even gave me an extra mattress cover, which I really appreciate since I'm on hospice and would not be able to wash one and put it back on in the same day. Even though they were in another city out Wichita where I lived. He had it here delivered by two great guys from the local store and They even put the mattress cover on the mattress for me. Excellent work by everyone all around. I Well recommend The Mattress Hub to anyone. Thanks again guys.

Well here we are in February of 2025. After hospice has gotten me well enough to live another day they pull out on me leave me high and dry. So I needed to get me a frame for the mattress I bought from The Mattress Hub sometime last year I believe. And as usual they come through again. Thanks a lot to the Mattress hub. Although James wasn't there when I call back the second time he did set up everything for when I did call the first time and Steve I believe was his name completed the order, he was great. I received me my adjustable frame in no time at all. I'd also like to thank Bear and Skyler from the Wichita store for going above and beyond and moving the hospice frame to the back room and setting up my new frame. We had a very good experience shopping at The Mattress Hub. We are very happy that we shopped and purchased from Mattress Hub.

Initially we were a little hesitant to shop at a small town mattress store because they seem to pop up, last a year or so, and then they're gone. Most mattresses have a multiyear warranty so we wanted to buy from a store that would still be there in 5 years if we ever had an issue. We were glad to hear that The Mattress Hub was going to be around for many years to come.

Once we went into the store we were quickly sold on buying from them; we knew this is where we wanted to buy a mattress, it didn't matter which brand we chose. The salesman was very knowledgeable on all of the products they sold. He was able to delicately balance everything...the questions that we had, giving us us time to talk, all the while doing the same with other people that came in the store. This really impressed us; never pressured, always supportive but never annoying. He really understood the products but also the stuff behind the poster. His understanding of the various things about sleep and how the body responds to various pressure and postures really impressed us. This made us very confident to buy a mattress from this store.

Finally we chose a Tempur Pedic and adjustable base and 2 twin beds. We appreciated the options we were giving during the purchasing. The delivery went great and everything was done in a couple of days. We highly recommend giving these guys a shot if you're in the market...

Purchase was made 8/25/2023. There were a series of unfortunate events related to delivery problems/delays and some damage when the delivery was made. This was documented in the original review expressing my frustration leaving one star. After publishing that same review the regional manager Jared reached out to me and corrective actions were taken. Initially I expected to have the bed home and ready to go on 8/26/2023 unfortunately it took until Sunday 9/3/2023 to get everything to fall in place. But with Jared’s intervention and Hunter and David being willing to come fix the first delivery’s problems on a Sunday I am now satisfied. James at the store was awesome to deal with, very accommodating with questions and comparisons and didn’t pull any of the high pressure sales gimmicks. James also got involved when we were having trouble with the delivery and items being damaged and did what he could to keep the experience pleasant. I am considering the initial poor delivery I experienced to be atypical browsing the other reviews and have been assured the problem is being addressed.

Item purchased was the Tempur-pedic ProBreeze medium hybrid 2.0. Bed has a warranty for fifteen years so I shouldn’t be in the market again for a bit but I would definitely recommend the store based on the salespersons and product...
