WARNING NEW MANAGEMENT. Hi everyone! Just a PSA: these 5 star reviews are about the previous owners. I came in for my first visit this week and was very confused, trying to reconcile the glowing reviews with my own experience. Then another customer asked about the “Thuy” I read about in reviews and the staff confirmed she had sold the salon. These new people did not wear gloves, didn’t sanitize tools, washed my pumice stone in my foot water before returning it to the shelf, etc etc. Each pedicure station has tools that are just rinsed in the foot water before they are put back and used again! That the pedicure was subpar isn’t the point... there are no safety standards and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’m only leaving this review so no one else has the same experience. The good reviews are from the previous owner and it is no longer safe. Please head down the road to any other salon; this one is not worth...

Genuinely I loved this place before today, I specifically go here for the staff. I called ahead and they were a bit busy so they asked me to come in at 1:30 (an hour after I called) That wasn’t an issue at all, I get there at my appointment time and they are still very busy, again that’s understandable it’s Friday. I had a seat and began waiting. More clients with appointments after mine came in and it was definitely starting to get crowded. I sat there for an hour while 2 other clients were taken care of before me that had 2pm appointments (they said their appointment time out loud when arriving as did I) Not once did I get an update on time or did anyone speak to me after asking me to sit and wait. We made an appointment a few days in advance for 3 people - 2 pedicures and 1 full set of acrylics. Our appointment was at 6 pm and none of our services were started until after 6:40 and we didn’t leave until close to 8:30. This was one of the longest services I’ve ever received. I paid $85 for one of the pedicures and my acrylics. I know that’s not the highest price for both services but it was $45 for an acrylic full set plus $10 for shaping (I just wanted short mostly round nails). I didn’t even get color or a gel top coat on my nails because it had already taken so long and my tech had cut one of my fingers pretty bad so I was hurting. I am not one to leave reviews but it has been a week and my nails are already lifting. At least one of them has been lifting since Monday and I’m so frustrated that I wasted my money.
