Dairy Queen — Restaurant in San Angelo

I'm giving them a 5 because so far haven't really had a bad thing to say .Their Food Is great ,Location is great because it too is near me it's clean inside employees are nice and friendly and they wear mask.Also they have Ice cream Birthday cakes so yummy and good prices also love their blizzard .so many different things to choose from.tge new steak dude was yummy just tried it tonight May 21,2022 with fries and a drink it actually deserves a thumbs up A+ it was so good I scarfed and forgot to get a pic of it.I got the girls mint thin blizzard also to try it was good they still have two more flavors I want to try the mud pie and the Carmel cheese cake will be my next it was a little wait not many working one person at cashier but it was worth it I guess the food anyways.So went up there again to one of my favorite fast food places DQ as always no disappointment even the wait to get my yummy chicken fried steak sandwich was worth it also got the cheesecake Carmel blizzard next is the mud one with gummies worms.thought I was going to waite due some lady bringing her food back in and them redoing it for her.but thank God that was not the case anyways got pics before it was devoured but my phone camera stinks but still not to bad of pics I guess.I spent about 33.00 but not to bad it's just because prices are going up on everything so this is a treat basically definitely can't do it all the time.So went by here today and so cool Dairy Queens drive through has a shade covering guessing when they have a long line or for people who have a long order but...

I wasn't impressed with the boy at the cash register.... It's called lack of respect toward customers... There was no welcome the customer at the front counter... Welcoming the customer , And be polite to the customer... I did not get what I ordered... I ordered a cheeseburger , Instead I got a regular hamburger.... Learn to respect the customer by repeating the order , Back to the customer...I don't like the way the personnel dress in the place... Keep your shirts tucked in... The floors needed to be bit more touched up... The booth's needed to be cleaned up and maintain clean... There was one girl who welcomed us in the lobby ask us if we were having a good time... I'm sorry but your register staff needs to be better taught.... To welcome a customer and thank a customer... And have a smile and be clean... Keep your shirt's tucked in... You definitely don't need a person operating a register , Like this kid... You need a whole lot of training.... Add respect toward the customer's , Instead of a dual attitude.... Add my friend asked for a senior discount.... Get discounts on Knickerbocker Road , Dairy Queen... I'm sorry but this was a joke... Take better pride in keep your restaurant clean... The floors in the front lobby needed to be touched up... I give the girl in the lobby a whole lot of respect for being polite , And being...

Went in today around 10:45 for a belt buster Burger combo. I went in to order for a to go order. Ordered a BB Combo with meat and mayo ONLY on the burger. The guy even repeated it back to me then asked if I wanted cheese or not I told him no. It was a simple order and myself and one other elderly couple we're the only ones there. Well, I got my order really quickly, and yes I should have checked it before I left but did not. I got all the way home to eat, which isn't even close to be able to run back to DQ to get them to fix an order, and my burger was TOTALLY WRONG! It was the complete opposite of what I ordered! This Dairy Queen is usually very thorough and correct. First issue I've ever had there. But it was at a very un busy time with only one elderly couple inside already eating besides me! And my order was simple. Today's visit was not a good one at all. I was pushed for time being very busy day, wanted a quick easy simple bite to eat, and did not work out that way at all. I guess quality control was off today...
