Extra Space Storage — Attraction in San Antonio

I don't know it was I'll add later but this place is beautiful it's incredible! The web prices are ridiculous.. easily half of what everything else is and my neighborhood. I've always had a storage unit since I was young in college, the really help in keeping the clutter down in my home. Currently I'm temporarily handicapped in a wheelchair. I called in the evening and talk to an operator agent who took my information and locked in the rate.best unit close to the door Drive up with ground floor The units climate controlled I talked to a woman on the phone reserved and paid to hold it then I got to with Sarah and took care of the documents paper 6 months in advance because I don't want to lose this rate or this space. The team found the unit put a lock inside for me and gave me the gate code I was able to get in get my lock and set a few things inside. I love it already professional caring intelligent crew I really like this group and Will recommend them to everyone pictures coming soon!! 20 x 10 , controlled ground floor by the door. Two brand new shiny cargo carts to use! Clean is clean can be climate controlled excellent lighting and security. $44 a month can you believe...

Yvonne has always helped me and she is great and always friendly….besides from the amazing/friendly customer service that is amazing here I do have a few complaints to make 1). I choose this place because it said temperature control, temperature control how??? It’s hot as hell In their it’s actually so hot that I had some candless melting already & 2) there’s no service in here it sucks I can’t get any cell service when I’m in my unit I need to keep walking outside to get some service and that’s wasting my time cause I need to respond to clients and I can’t while I’m inside . And the WiFi that you do have only works up to the restroom only which is so annoying and stupid . Why offer WiFi if it’s going to be very limited. I think I’m going to have to move out next month because I can’t be doing business like this. And I spoke to manager telling her my issues and she said she didn’t have control over the ac. And I can’t be having my candles and other stuff...

Not a bad storage place as they go. It's air conditioning indoor style is nice when you are loading during the heat. They provide dollies, also nice. You enter your pass code too many times on entry for my liking, docked a star for that and I really dont think once you can open the gate that you need to open the door and then unlock the elevator afterwards. Seems excessive but then maybe I benefit from that added hassle in the security of my stuff kept in there.

The price is reasonable as well, it it has a tiny place to unload. If you have a moving truck, good luck. You may have a space to do that, you may not. Depends on how busy it is. Not a lot of room for vehicles.

The hallways inside are like a scene out of Severance, its a maze of white walls. At least there are numbers, but there isn't a lot of guideposts, it may be a bit tricky to locate your space initially...
