Prior to ALIO, I didn't know what to do with myself in a gymânow I'm finally feeling more confident! I started with group classes at ALIO Fitness Club, which has been such a motivating experience and was the perfect fit to acclimate to a variety of consistent workouts. It was a no-brainer to include House of ALIO in my membership after a couple of weeks.
It's a fantastic space and has more equipment than I frankly know what to do with at the moment (but I can't wait to figure it out, haha). You can expect tremendous care and dedication from Sam and Danny, awesome staff, a pristine and well-designed environment, PLUS can we just talk about the glam room for a brief moment? Total vibe, neon lights and all. The attention to every detail is just impressive.
When I first walked in, I felt immediately calm and at home. Some gyms give off frantic energy, but not House of ALIO. It's a motivating place to be and you can really feel the intention to best serve the local community. If you're on the fence, don't be. ALIO set the bar highâcouldn't recommend...

I've been a member at over 15 different gyms now, and can confidently say that I've never met anyone that enjoyed working out to dance music, let alone LOUD Hispanic dance music. Everyone in there wears headphones/buds, including the staff at the front desk at times. So, I'm again fairly confident that no one in there actually likes it. It's bad enough that if I forget my earbuds at home, I've talked myself out of going so I don't have to try to deal with it for 45-60 minutes. If there's no compromise on the music genre, at least turn it down to "background music" levels. And this is coming from an audio enthusiast who enjoys loud, live music. I'd remove another star, but it wouldn't be fair to the staff and quality of the equipment. It's...

But what really makes it stand out is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and they genuinely care about your experience. Theyâre always available to answer questions or help out, and they just make the whole vibe feel really positive and supportive.
