Stepping into Gravves Coffee feels like entering a different realm where the spooky aesthetic reigns supreme. With every corner draped in shades of night, the ambiance is coolly underscored by a playlist of low, moody tunes, crafting an experience that's both unique and immersive. During my visit, I indulged in two of their concoctions: the Vanilla Lavender Latte and the Forest Dweller Latte. The Vanilla Lavender, while enjoyable, treaded familiar ground without any remarkable twists. However, the Forest Dweller Latte emerged as the star of the show. This bewitching brew, fortified with a double shot of espresso, was not only the perfect energizer but also a delight to the senses. The latte whispered tales of coconut, rose, almond, and milk chocolate - a symphony of flavors that danced intriguingly on the palate. However, it's not without its caveats. The seating is somewhat sparse, making it a challenge to find a spot to settle into this enchanting world. Additionally, the menu feels like a teaser to a larger, untold story, limited in its offerings yet brimming with potential. In essence, Gravves Coffee is a diamond in the rough, a spot with immense promise waiting to unfold its full glory. Here's to hoping it expands its horizons and continues to enchant its patrons with more spellbinding creations.

There's parking at the side of the building. The drink with ube is delicious! I like the names of the drinks but it would be helpful to have a description of the drink on the menu and an explanation of what is ube and pandan for those who don't know. The menu is super limited so there should be room to notate that. The cashier explained what was in each drink when we asked, but kept saying "pandan" when we said "what?" instead of explaining what pandan is. I liked the vibe a lot, but there's so much wasted empty space and very little seating. Overall I'd recommend trying this coffee if you're in the area and want something quite different from your usual coffee experience, but it's not somewhere I would go out of my way to visit despite how good it is. There's room for growth here and I'm sure this place is headed in that direction. It's so nice to see a coffee shop standing out and doing something different amongst San Antonio's cookie cutter coffee shops. If they simply worked on the accessibility of their product as well as the warmth and welcome vibe as you walk in and wait and hopefully hang out, this spot would be my favorite coffee spot to visit. My inner teen goth loves the idea but my adult self isn't a fan of the execution.

Best coffee in San Antonio hands down, all of their drinks show the creativity and passion behind the artist of a barista Daniel @ Gravves, taking a unique approach to coffee that will have your morning starting off just right. I always get the Elixir but I’ve had every drink on the menu and I have to say they’re all great at this point I just pick the drink by the color way I’m feeling. Atmosphere is great, it’s just starting out in the shop so there’s not too much but you can see that Gravves is something special, music playlist is always on point, and let’s not forget their merch, definitely had to cop me a shirt recommend you do too if you drop in, the designs are absolute fire. Parking can be tricky their lot gets pretty packed quickly but, that shouldn’t stop you from going to this gem. If you’re new and nervous you shouldn’t worry, they’ll talk you through their menu, the flavor profile of it, and make you feel at home. They’re patient and really great people.
