Ingram Festival Shopping Center — Attraction in San Antonio

The mall is great and cool. Has lots of stores from cheap to expensive. Is also one of the biggest mall in San Antonio. It's not super luxurious but is super convenient and has other stores other malls might not have.

If you love movies then you should know the extremely popular movie " Selena " specifically in the mall scene where Selenas friend wants to try on the Dress but the employee says you can't possibly afford the dress Because it's $800 (stereotyping her because she is Hispanic) while Selenas friend is trying on the dress Selena gets recognize and soon the fans swarm her. I went into best buy to purchase a paticular item, and wasn't even approached to see if i needed help, after i saw 3 employees standing around each other talking. I'm not sure if it was business related it didn't sound like it. I had to approach one of them for help maybe it wasn't their dept., they said they call for someone to help me no one ever showed up so i just picked up the item i thought would work myself, and then went to look at other items in the store. I went to laptop's section and ask a person in the floor for a certain type of laptop and he just pointed that it was in the nxt isles of displays he had no interest of showing me were this item was at by guiding me to it instead he chose to point to isle it was on and not to even which table it was displayed on. I went to the Old Navy store because they used to have all the styles and sizes of jeans. I'm a tiny person, and I used to be able to get any style I wanted and in my size. The location by my house was closed years ago. I went into the store and told the manager and another employee what I was looking for, and instead of taking me to them, they pointed. They said I'd have no problem finding what I needed. When I was looking for what I needed, I realized not only had they lied about that, but they only had sizes for plus size. I weigh 96 lbs. They knew I wouldn't find my size before I asked for more help. They were talking and laughing and ignored me. The customer service was terrible, and the employee could care less about the customer.
