I have been pretty much a loyal customer since they opened but just within about four months or so we’ve had the worst experience ever. The tags on an item were $25 for a stand up desk but when I took it up to the register, a lady said wait a minute this text is 25 either like 100 in the stores or online we gotta try to 50 I said wait a minute here the tags all over there two are all labeled 25 and I bought two of them already and they were 25 each. She didn’t talk to the owner the husband and he said I have to pay $50 which was ridiculous. I’ve also recently bought some items and every single electronic that I purchased does not work they won’t take it back or trade it so basically I’m out about $235.00. One time my kids came here with me and we had our basket full of items because they buy stuff and then all my stuff well the same lady that was at the register, for some reason was lurking around the corner and just staring at me and my kids my daughter grabbed one of the toys that she was going to buy and she basically told her to put it down and she didn’t see me there around the way . I went over there and told the lady why does she have to put that down? There’s no playing I said she’s not playing she seen if it works. I told her to do that. She then went and called the owner and said come over here and look however, if you guys been in crazy boss, you know that it is a dig through. find it look find it and look it’s not organized and they’re not specifically categorized by color, brand-name or sizes . My final and last experience Was the store hours . so online even when you call it says the store hours are 8 AM to 9 PM so I get to the location around 815. Security proceeds to say sorry ma’am we’re closed. I said wait a minute it’s not 9: o’clock he said we close between eight and nine I said yeah but online it said you guysclose at 9 so it’s really 8:30 is that what you’re saying ?and he goes pretty much that’s when we close. I don’t like the inconsistency of any business from the pricing to the products to the hours. I’ve never had such a horrible experience in all my life. They should close this...

If I can leave this place 0 stars I would! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO TO TREASURE HUNT INSTEAD! Besides my horrible experience this place doesn’t even have much to offer on good finds. My boyfriend and I purchased some things and were waiting for the rest of our party so we were looking at some things nearby and then that’s when security hollered us down saying we have to leave our bag on the table up front even tho we were within her eyesight. So we left our bag upfront then got back in line to purchase the new items. When we went to get our previous bag, it was no where to be found. We asked the security lady who was around and she had no idea where it was. We talked to who I believe was the owner (he was completely rude and unprofessional) who had us wait 45 minutes to keep going back and forth to look it up on his cameras even tho we had explained the story 3 times to him and he would not give us a refund or exchange until he saw it on the cameras. Even tho we had the receipt of our purchase and the security guard knew exactly what was going on. Almost a hour later of waiting he told us he saw someone steal the bag!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME...

Now I love me some CrazyBoss I would definitely recommend this to family and friends they have affordable clothing furniture they also have a lot of shoes hats socks they also have a lot of supplies for your house I will definitely go there for certain things that I need and I bought plenty of outfits that are on point some of these outfits have been on Shein some of these outfits have been on Timu so I would definitely recommend you to come and check them out they are family owned business and franchise and they sell lots of clothes for babies for teenage girls for teenage boys they have lots of shoes they have lots of socks white beaters they have foxes they have panties they have pantyhose they have supplies they have appliances they have furniture they even have Sunday dresses and they have lots of bathing suits for summer time so I would definitely recommend you ought to come and check them out you never know sometimes you go to crazy boys and they even have pool supplies they even they have makeup they have nails they have all the good stuff check them out...
